Sockets do not flush up against the ratchet. There is roughly a quarter inch gap between the socket and the ratchet which makes the socket wobble. Despite the price being on sale I would rather pay more for something that is higher quality. I would have expected more from Husky. Unfortunately I will be returning this.

Very nice Husky 3/8 in. Drive Ratchet SAE/Metric Standard Socket Set (24-Piece). It is always good to have tools around the house that you can use when you need them. It's great to have different sizes also cause you never know what you might need and what you can use them on. Directions on box tells you sizes and how to use them on your projects you need them for. Great tool set to have handy at home.

HUSKY 3/8 IN. DRIVE RATCHET SAE/METRIC STANDARD SOCKET SET (24-PIECE). This is a pretty nice socket set. I have other Husky sockets and have been very happy with them. It come with 11 metric and 11 sae sockets a small extension and a ratchet. They all fit inside a nice plastic case. That I can just drop in my tool bag and take to work with me. Just in case I need them for any reason. I recommend then a nice set.

Perfect set to throw under the backseat of the truck and use for emergencies and for trailer/hitch accessories. The price is right, the quality is there, and it's in a sturdy compact case. The ratchet has a 5 degree arc so it's easy to work tight-ish spaces. The laser etched numbers on the sockets are really easy to read, and the polished chrome cleans up well and is easy to see - especially in the dark.
I also really like that the lead ins are chamfered, and the off corner 6 point design should round off a lot less bolts than the 12 point sockets usually included in this price point.

This is a really nice socket set. I'm just a DIYer and always had pretty cheap socket sets, which were generally fine for my needs, but those cheap wrenches don't last forever and I found myself in need of a new set. I decided to treat myself and get a decent set, and I'm glad I did! You can't go wrong with the Husky brand ... I have many Husky tools and they are always very high quality. You can tell this wrench is very high quality the first time you use it ...the better materials and closer tolerances make this wrench a real pleasure to use. The sockets are also precision-made and definitely harder than cheaper sockets. Just a nice, quality socket set.

Have been an active DIY for many years and do frequently need a socket wrench for a project. Well, my sockets were quite old and not the highest of quality and as they did not have a nice storage case some have been misplaced over the years. I saw this Husky 24-piece 3/8 in. drive socket wrench set that came in a nice storage box so I ordered it. Was very pleased when it arrived. The set is in a nice storage box and seems to be a high strong quality and nicely chromed. My first use was on my garage door and it worked perfect. Replaced the wrench and socket back in the case and have it nicely stored and ready on my work bench now! No more fuddling around to find a needed socket wrench!
