The Husky 3-Piece 3/8 in. Drive Wobble Extension Set features cold-formed and fully heat-treated alloy steel construction for outstanding strength. The extensions can be used as either a standard extension or as a Wobble Extension. The finish provides resistance to corrosion.
  • Includes 3 extensions; a 3 in., a 6 in., and a 10 in.
  • Fully insert the socket on to the end of the extension and use as a standard extension
  • Partially insert the socket on the extension and the socket will "wobble" or pivot, giving you increased access in hard to reach areas.

      A:  Yes, they made those plastic inserts hard to take out, and I assume that was to prevent theft. What I know worked for me, was the first set twisting, Yes broke them off inside the extensions. My second time with these, I simply pulled them and rocked them back and forth hard enough to make that plastic stretch to the point of easing out of the ends.

        A:  Hey S1nb4d, There are little tabs right next to the attachment point that need to be cut then the extensions can twist and pull off. Thanks!

          Socket packaging made these unusable
          The socket packaging made this set completely unusable. There is a plastic holder that fits into each socket and they broke inside of all three sockets, rendering them completely unusable. Will absolutely be returning and I do NOT recommend this set.

            I needed to buy these to add to my collection of 'necessary' tools. They work well, for the most part. My issue, which I took off 2 stars for, is that when putting on & taking off a socket, you have to *really* work hard to do both. I have to use another tool to practically pound a socket onto these extensions. And I have to use needle nose pliers just to wrestle & pry off a socket. The only plus to this is that the socket absolutely will *not* fall off. But, I'm sure there are other extensions out there that don't require so much work to put on & take off a simple socket. So, I may end up returning these. If the end where the socket attaches was made better, then I would gladly recommend this set of extensions. I'm not 100% recommending these. But, if nothing else is available, then go for it. I was going to buy extensions from HF, but they received very poor ratings.
