Depending on the thickness and type of epoxy paint this could be used with a rawhide mallet and chipped away. The blade has sufficient thickness to allow you to use it similar to a chisel, but depending again on the paint you may want to use the curved version this scrapper
When you say "Can I use this on brick/". What are you going to be using it on brick for? What is the goal of using this scrapper on brick? Are you trying to chip, cut or shape the brick? Are you trying to remove surface deformities, paint residue, what is the goal?
