Enginerd, this wrench is only calibrated in the Clockwise direction. We cannot certify its accuracy in the CCW or Left-hand direction, as it's not intended to be used in that direction.
I have been owned both Husky 3/8inch drive and 1/2inch drive torque wrench. But recently the torque spec require 18ft-lbs which doesn?t been include in any of them, even 1/4inch drive. It seems there is a gap between 16.7 ft-lbs to 20ft-lb for Husky brand
Lj, you are correct, we do have a slight gap in or torque range between 16.7 and 20 ft.lbs. Unfortuanlly we do not have a wrench that will meet your needs for 18 ft./lbs. at this time.
Same thing - I liked the 1/4 inch I bought and was going to buy the 3/8 because I needed to cover a 25 nm (18.5 ft lb) spec. Definitely a negative connotation for the brand.

Timmy, This comes with a Certificate of Calibration from our factory per ASME Standards. However, our Husky torque wrenches are not considered 'Certified Torque Wrenches' that may be required in certain industries. This is a secondary certification process that is not offered for Husky wrenches at this time.
