These Husky storage bins were the perfect starting point for simplifying the transportation of my eBikes. Just folded, these bikes can be quite unwieldy.
I cut a portion of the lid out to the same dimension as the bottom of the bin. I placed this cut piece in the bottom of the bin as a reinforcement. I then cut some more of the center portion of the lid away, leaving basically the lid’s rim. I wanted this to strengthen the rim for lifting. The sabre saw (pushed somewhat aggressively through the plastic) left some rough edges, which were cleaned up with a rasp. I set the bike in the tub, THEN place the modified lid on. I can roll the bin to the pickup truck on the bin’s wheels, where my wife and I can then lift the bin and bike into the back.

Excellent for garage use or storage
I really love these! I purchased 15 of them to organize my garage and they worked out so well that I came back to purchase five more two years later for my shed.

Seems Good At First
Either it can’t handle much weight, or it’s prone to break over time. Only had these for 2ish years, mostly just sitting in storage the whole time. And now I have a couple cracked lids. Reached out to customer service and was told because it’s past the 180days, there’s nothing they can do. Bummer. I WANT to love these… they stack nicely and at first seem really sturdy… alas and forsooth

Bought 4 of these to hold my Traeger pellets....
Bought 4 of these to hold my Traeger pellets. The Traeger brand cost was $25 + each and these were around $11 each. The 5 gallon capacity easily fits an entire bag of pellets with some room to spare. Very happy with them!

Bear tough
We just bought these the night before we left for camping for the 4th. We had all our dry food stored in the bins and had a visit from a bear in the middle of the night. The bear was not able to get inside and made enough noise that I was able to get up and run him off. I would and will buy again.

Spectaclar failure.
I relocated from VA to TX. The two pairs of Husky 45gal totes did not hold-up to being stacked inside climate controlled warehouse for 2-3months. Both stacked totes gave way only to further damaging contents within tote itself. I was not expecting the top lids to collapse inward coming to rest on sensitive materials, raspberry pi's and Arduino components.

Bought some folding electric bikes and wanted a wheeled tote...
Bought some folding electric bikes and wanted a wheeled tote to pack them in for camping trips in the bed of the truck. These fit the bill. The 45 gal is a good size for the bikes. They bulge the sides just a little, but overall fit is good. Great having the wheels to maneuver the bikes around... Because they are Heavy!

Handle and side cracked carrying 15-20 lbs of groceries
I am very disappointed in the durability of these totes. I bought 2 because HD was out of the same sized Sterilite, which I like very much. HD is still out of stock on the Sterilite so I am forced to go elsewhere to find them. Don't buy the Husky if you are looking for a durable product.
