6-in-1 Reversible Screwdriver Set

A:  I have bought a few of these over the years and have never seen a box for these. They usually come as is and never with a torx bit. The 6 in one is 2-nut drivers, 2-flat head and 2-phillips head screw drivers. You can always return it to the store if you got one that said it has a torx bit and didn't come with one. A:  I bought the same set (Husky 6 in 1 Reversible Screwdriver Set) and I did not get a torx bit either. However, I don't remember reading the packaging picture or seeing that it came with a torx bit.

A:  The Husky 6-in-1 Reversible Screwdriver Set comes with one reversible bit. If that bit was missing bring it back to your local Home Depot Customer service for a solution.

A:  6 in 1 usually come with 2 Phillips and 2 Slotted 5/16" and 1/4" nut drivers I have purchased several of these for my employee's over the years and I have yet to come across one that has Torx bits in them

A:  I've purchased quite a few of these screwdrivers, and none of them came with a torx bit. Typically they come with two sizes of slotted, and two phillips. You can probably buy a torx bit separately. Good luck.

A:  It handles all jobs as the HDX brand and does not seem any better. I suppose the Husky brand name just wants to make a bigger profit on its name. I have several of the HDX brand and only one of the Husky brand. I wanted to try them both and find them equal in feel and performance.

A:  The Husky is a little better quality than the HDX brand. If money is the option, I'd go with the HDX.

A:  Yes. I prefer the HDX 6-in-1 and it's cheap and just as good quality.

A:  I don’t have the HDX brand but this is the husky brand and not Hone Depot brand so it’s more expensive. Doesn’t always mean it’s better. But what u can do is buy it online at hone depot it’s a little cheaper and do a pickup in store.

A:  I bought the Husky brand because although the purchase price is more than the other brand, the Husky comes with a Life Time Warrenty, when used under NORMAL Use. The Husky can be taken back to Home Depot at any time, when it has worn out and it will be replaced at no cost to the customer. The Husky brand is built to last for years.

A:  No, I do not believe it will accept other screwdriver bits. They are longer than standard bits plus have a ball-bearing to hold them in place.

A:  I think they are standard size bits and the ones for a cordless drill my work on them.

A:  Yes.

A:  I have used it that way before but the bit needs to be a little longer than usual to make it stick out far enough. I think the bit I used was around an inch long. I hope this helps & good luck!

A:  It will fit loose on the smaller hex adapter. I wouldn't try it any where you could possibly loose the bit. In my case, I put a small pit of workshop paper towel in with the bit to keep it secure enough to get the job done.

A:  If you want another bit, you take out the current one and flip it. If you want the different bits, you take the metal shaft out and flip that. There is not a case to carry around with different bits, which is nice. Everything is inside the screwdriver itself.

A:  The shaft pulls out to reveal two 2-sided hex bits. Both of them are reversible (each has a flat and a phillips head) and they are different sizes.

A:  The name six in one can be a bit deceiving. I'm sure you figured out 1 through 4 are the Dual sized Phillips and regular screwdriver heads. Tools five and six are when you pull the attachments out of each end of the shaft and you are left with a small and a bit larger sized hex tool. For example, if you pull one of the screwdriver bits out you could tighten or loosen one of those small hex bolts that is probably attaching your downspout to your house. This is for sure confusing without being right in front of you, but that's the best I can do!

A:  Yes, all tips are kept inside the shaft of the screwdriver handle.

A:  They stay attached to the shank. You switch from either the smaller Phillips or flat to the other side of the reversible nut driver shank for the larger size.

A:  There are two combination bits. One is a smaller straight blade, with a smaller Phillips on the other end. The other is similar, but larger.
