A non-electrical, built in ironing center with premium features, the Iron-A-Way ANE-42 creates flexible space with a 42 adjustable swivel fold away ironing board, and is perfect for installations with a nearby outlet. The deluxe 42 in. hideaway ironing board is made of solid, ventilated steel, and swivels at a full 180 giving you flexibility in installation location and ironing position, and the 4 in. adjustment makes it easy to find the most comfortable height for users. The board features a heavy-duty undercarriage that was custom designed for ironing use, with an extruded aluminum swivel mechanism featuring ball bearings and springs for added stability and rigid support. The convenient cord wrap takes the tangles out of ironing by securely holding the extra length of cord from the iron, allowing the iron to glide across the board with no snags. Once finished ironing, store the iron hot with our premium sized hot iron storage area, which holds most irons on the market today. The unit can be wall mounted or recessed for a flush installation.

This non electric ironing center was received in excellent condition. It is heavy but well built. Installed easily between studs during our laundry room remodel. The ability to fold up, swivel and adjust the ironing board height was perfect for the limited space in our laundry room. We ordered it unfinished, then painted the door white and added a door edge pull.

The Premier Iron-A-Way ironing center is expertly crafted and of superior quality. It is perfect for anyone remodeling their laundry room or for new construction. The unfinished wooden rough-in kit is designed to be built into the wall studs. Surface mounting is possible, but in my opinion not the best solution because of the depth and the heavy weight of the ironing center. The unit measures 52" x 15" x 8" and weighs about 60 lbs. This model has a swivel ironing board that comes with a pad and cover. There is also space for storing the inron.

Love my Iron-a-way
Love my iron- a -way, it is so convenient plus I like that it swivals for a right or left handed person. I wounldnt iron my clothes because it was such a hassel dragging out the ironing board, not anymore!

This ironing board was well worth the price. The item was easy to install. The swiveling board is a key feature of this item. The board folds smoothly into the cabinet. The board has a little "give" to it at the far end of the board when you use it, but this is not a negative feature - just something I noticed. I would recommend this item for anyone who doesn't have room for a standing board or likes to have a neat laundry room.
