- Dimensions listed in the name of this bi-fold door are the finished openings, which includes the top and bottom track, the door and proper space between the door and tracks; the actual door panel is 80-3/4 in. for 84 in. tall openings
- Bi-fold is for a 36 in. wide finished opening and is made of two 17-3/4 in. panels
- Bi-Fold height is adjustable from 83-1/4 in. x 84-1/2 in. for 84 in. tall doors
- Solid construction gives the door a very solid and sturdy feel when opening and closing

Good quality doors, pretty easy to install.
They were cut slightly smaller than spec (leaving minor spaces between doors and at top/bottom).
The handles are different than pictured. The wood blocks at top and bottom are wood colored, and not painted the same color as the doors themselves.
But good quality, easy to install, and attractive.

Overall these are a nice look. BUT they are TFL...
Overall these are a nice look. BUT they are TFL laminate and they scratch and stain very easily. It is unbelievable that it is about $500 for this crappy laminate product. They either got scratched in shipping or delivery and after 2 weeks of minimal use have stains on them. Very disappointing.
