A: Hello there, Darrell. We appreciate you reaching out to us. The HWT-00 tank included with this product consumes 6.5 amps. The spec sheet can be found here: https://tinyurl.com/mt9sz3c5. If you have any additional queries, please contact us at https://support.insinkerator.com/app/ask. Thank you.
A: I measured about 2" from the spout when I pushed the levers back
A: Hello, EdSh. Good question. The minimum required from sink hole center to backsplash is 2-5/8 inches. This will give ample space for the lever to move freely. For reference, here's the spec sheet for it: https://tinyurl.com/yc8umfcf. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us via https://support.insinkerator.com/app/ask.
A: Dear Keith! We're glad you've reached out to us. Yes, it does work with 115 volts. For reference, here's the view model's spec sheet: https://tinyurl.com/296fa5jn. If you require any additional assistance, please contact us at https://support.insinkerator.com/app/ask. Thanks!
A: Your water pressure serving the home is too high. The water stream should be a steady low volume stream as the water line into the tank is 1/4”. Have a plumber check the pressure outside where pressure regulator is. Regulator may be incorrectly adjusted or may be broken.
A: Hi Jake, we’re glad you’ve reached out to us. The water should ideally come out steadily from the spout. When it sputters, it is likely that water is boiling or that there is air in the line. You can find the troubleshooting guide on page 13 of its manual at this link: https://bit.ly/2KQTysf. To further assist you, feel free to contact us via https://support.insinkerator.com/app/ask.
A: This unit is suppose hot water for soups and instant coffee not steam, turn the temperature down or the unit will burn out too soon.
