Good but too soon
I bought this product and had it professionally installed 2 months in after installation, water starting leaking in through the window panes. Was not expecting this to fail this soon. Definitely not buying anything from this brand.

Easy to install (even in 100 yr old home)
Purchased and installed this myself without much difficulty. 1) I took old wood door and storm door off (thank goodness) 2 ) then took off off the previous jamb, sills, trim inside out carefully - codes were still the same even years ago! 3) measured my rough opening 4) went to Home Depot and showed aasociated my measurements 5) I got a 30x80 door, 2 inch screws, shims (about $300) 6) came home and push door directly into the frame, got a rubber mallet to really push it in there, shut the door a million times, inserted shims where i needed until it was perfect - DONE! My recommendation is to not order online as the rough opening measurements online are about a inch or two MORE than instore. If I went with what was online, rather than the box at the store, i would have gotten a 32x80 and it literally wouldnt have fit. Also, if you want to add screen or storm door in future, push the door directly into frame with trim on - only take off when it is time to get the screen door. In that case you would have to remove the trim (carefully) and get a 1x4-5 to build out frame so the new screen or storm door can hold onto. First time doing. Fun and great experience and love the door

Designed with quality but...
I installed this door loosely in the fall just to close in the building with the intent of a final alignment after the building settled over the winter. When I finally went to do alignment, I discovered on one of the four doors I put in, the jambs were 1/4" wider at the bottom than at the top (see photos, others were about 1/8" disparity). This made it so I could not get a proper seal with the weatherstripping. I contacted Jeld-Wen about this and they asked if I painted the door within 30 days. I said I had not and they said there's nothing they can/will do.
Keep in mind that the jambs are separated by the sill and there is no way my delay in alignment nor my delay in painting could have any effect on this.
Also, this door has an adjustable threshold. When I went to adjust them, several of the screws had already corroded into their sockets such that I had to destroy the sockets to get them to turn. They should have used stainless steel screws and/or anti-seize compound.
Finally, you'd think that in a factory environment they'd be able to mortise the hinges to the correct depth and install the hinge screws straight but not so. I had to chisel the mortise in the door itself to get the hinges to have a uniform gap top to bottom (this has nothing to do with door jamb width non-uniformity). The heads of the flat head screws did not sit flush with the hinge leaf.
Their manufacturing quality control is not up to the quality of the design.

Just got this door installed today by the contractor hired by Home Depot. The door is very good quality and is exactly what I expected. But, the best part is the quality of work and detail of the crew sent to install the door. The pair worked well together. Every detail was handled expertly and the site was clean when they left. When scheduling I thought the install cost was a little high but I have to say I got exactly what I paid for. If needed I will certainly go this way again. Very impressed with Home Depot and the crew that did my work.

We just had this door installed last week, and all of the neighbors keep complimenting how great it looks. We don't have it painted yet, but planning a color a little lighter than a navy blue. I was trying out paint colors through a virtual app, and this looks great in every color. I'm so happy with my purchase. The handle and the light are from Home Depot as well, and five stars as well.
