Works quick! I did not use a bait station for two reasons. 1. It was in the addict. no access to children or pets (please use caution when using this way) 2. I had my home security camera on it. Same Day I put it out, it ate. Took maybe two day haven't seen it since. Im going to leave it up there just in case another one shows up. He will have plenty to eat!
Con: Bought way to much but it was a good price and free shipping. Also I did not have time to find where he was getting in before he disappeared.

I have 5 bait boxes and most of me mouse problem was taken care of with the pest control's original bait, but I wanted to keep filling them. Only one of the boxes had eaten these so far. The contents were rancid when I got them, couldn't find an expiration date.
