Shipping was fast also the packaging was well put together I get so many compliments from everyone love this bed!!! This bed is absolutely beautiful! It was packaged so that every piece was protected and is extremely sturdy with the support brackets provided. I was originally planning to use it with my existing bed frame but it wouldn't fit. My only issue was with the assembly instructions. I had to call Jennifer Taylor Home to get clarification and the representative there admitted that one of the steps was misleading and probably not necessary. It takes two to put together but isn't difficult. I would definitely buy another Jennifer Taylor bed and Home Depot had the best price.
