Flexible yet protective
These gloves are made with a soft, flexible, velvety suede leather. They have a snug fit with a stretchy, gathered wrist which helps keep them securely on. There is a reinforced rubbery leather material on the crotch of the thumb for added protection and improved handling. I like wearing these gloves when moving heavy items since they improve my grip making it more secure while protecting my hands. I also use them to prevent blisters when using a shovel or hoe in my garden.

Excellent leather driving/work gloves!
These John Deere all leather gloves are well made, inside and out. They are rugged, yet supple and flexible - not hard and stiff like some of these type gloves are.
The leather thumb saddle is a good feature. I was impressed with the quality of the stitching as shown in the photo of the inside - they are sewn well without big, bulky seams. Below the logo patch, the name "John Deere" is embroidered. The leather between the fingers is a smoother, softer leather which makes them so much more comfortable. My husband used these while driving his tractor, and was impressed with how comfortable they felt. I believe these gloves are certainly a good value.
(Although my photos may make the gloves appear dirty, they are not - it was just difficult to photograph with uniform shading)

The X-Large are more like something...
The X-Large are more like something between a Large and X Large - I have big hands but the leather was able to stretch. But the quality is excellent though.....and the design flawlessly John Deere.

These were a gift for my husband who loves John Deere. He is so pleased with the quality. A very well made product. Sometimes logo items are not top quality. Leather is soft but tough. They are so attractive he almost hates to get them dirty! He expects to get a lot of wear from them.
