It’s easy to install - there’s a back plate -...
It’s easy to install - there’s a back plate - install that then put the light fixture on it. Therefore you don’t need to hold up the entire fixture while you’re installing it. Also there are three hot wires and three neutral wires but they put it in a very nice cluster with one wire each coming out to match to the one each wire in the wall. Convenient and nicely put together.
