Easy to wire and install. Looks as though the unit is of good quality. Works as I hoped it would, delivers very good heat after the unit warms up. That takes around 5-7 minutes. So far, very happy.
In my opinion I would make the ceiling/wall mount a bit more robust. I'd not us the spot welds to keep the frame together. Might want to add a few sheet metal screws to it for safety.

I've had this heater since November 2017. Here it is March 2019 and no problems. It's located about 9 or 9.5 feet above the floor. Noise is not bad, and you can talk in the garage easily, no yelling. I'd guess it is louder than a window fan on medium speed.
It is hard wired. I used number 10 copper since that's what I had. I am an electrician so I did it myself. Directions were clear. This until is/was Made in USA. I'd buy it again.
Warranty when I got this was 1 year.
