Nonsensical user interface
Stay far away. This heater is nearly useless due to a user interface that defies common sense. "On" and "Off" would seem to be simple enough controls to design but this thing does not function that way. I wish it had never been installed in my bedroom wall. The instructions are incomprehensible. Sitting in front of the unit with the printed materials in my hand I still cannot turn it on. A terrible product.

Easy to install, works fine. There are a few settings you may have to make using dip switches that you have to remove the front cover to access. They are small and awkward to read and access. This is an improvement opportunity. But anyway, once the switches are set, you can forget about them.
