Should be easier
Bought and installed a similar item from Moen for a relative which was straight forward as it should be. Decided to spend a little more on a Kohler to install for a friend. Straight forward install until step 14 where you have to insert the pin into the diverter housing. The ends of the pin were rough cuts so it kept getting caught in the housing which made it impossible to insert by hand. Decided to use pilers but it punctured a new hole. Fortunately, the housing didn't break. Didn't want to be bothered with uninstalling and return since it's toward the end. Try straightening the ends of the pin so they don't flare out was impossible. It wasn't until I tapered the ends with my Dremel that the pin was easily inserted. The other issue was reinstalling the aerator after finding out that you can't attach a water filter to it, water was leaking from where the neck joins the body and into the sink cabinet. Turns out that you can't simply unscrew the aerator and put it back on. The plastic piece inside needs to be properly screwed back onto the tube. Otherwise, it'll become loose and cause water to be backed up.

This Kohler Arsdale kitchen faucet is much better in person than in the pictures. I ordered this online and was super surprised and excited when I opened the box and saw the size and quality. It is better than I expected. It says 'standard' but I think this is much better than a standard faucet! Very heavy, sturdy and solid. The sprayer is the biggest I have ever seen! We have extremely high water pressure, so we joked that this might shoot water across the room! I like the vibrant stainless finish over a shiny chrome finish. It matches the sink much better. Nice high arch for filling large pots and water jugs and such at just over 16 inches arch height.Comes with an option escutcheon plate to cover a 1, 2, 3, or 4 hole sink. Kohler's MasterClean sprayface withstands mineral buildup to wipe clean easily without cleaning products which is a big plus in our ares with so much minerals in the water. The quick-connect fittings make installation easy, brilliant design. Kohler provides a limited lifetime warranty with this faucet.

Short 3/8" compression supply lines included if you have a distance to cover you will need longer supply lines

KOHLER Arsdale Single-Handle Standard Kitchen Faucet with Swing Spout and Sidespray in Polished Chrome
This is a really nice faucet. Simply remove your old faucet and follow the step by step instruction sheet to install the new faucet. The faucet comes with a deck plate that can be used to cover up a three hole installation or if you have a single hole you can install it without the deck plate. A side sprayer is included and installation is also optional. Hooking up the diverter for the side sprayer could not be easier, it is simply a push connector. The side sprayer uses a button to turn it on and off versus the handle that you traditionally see.
This is a single handle faucet. The handle has no markings for hot/cold but you will easily figure it out. This is a high arch faucet making filling of large pots very easy.
The faucet looks terrific. It is constructed of a combination of metal and plastic. The deck plate, sprayer and spray holder are all plastic so rust will not be a problem.
The aerator attached to the end of the faucet is not your traditional aerator. This non-standard aerator makes it impossible to install many aftermarket accessories. If you happen to use a water filter that screws onto the faucet it will not work.
Pros: Good instructions, Easy install, Looks great, Outstanding warranty.

This faucet and sprayer combo is a good combo and I really like the fan pattern on the sprayer. I installed this in a metal sink that had a single hole for the faucet and one for the sprayer. It went together fairly quickly. There is a (3) way distribution block that the faucet, sprayer and supply connect to. This kit does come with a plug that you can use if you do not want to install the sprayer. I would recommend this setup.

I’m loving the chrome side sprayer; it’s sturdy with clean lines. The entire faucet is rich looking and modern companed to my old one. Cannot wait to have this sleek faucet installed. Kohler has yet another beautiful faucet that is attractive as well as functional. Gorgeous chrome finish on this faucet. Tall arched spout that swivels easily. The handle, on/off lever pulls out to one side and back and forth for hot and cold. The sprayer is to one side and separate from the 3 hole faucet unit. It has a thumb, push on, instead of the trigger type of sprayer. I really like that feature. Comes with hoses to connect the faucet and gaskets. You'll need plumbers tape, Phillips head screw driver and a wrench. Easy to follow, numbered instructions come with the package and the instructions are in English, French and Spanish. Also comes with Kohler's warranty and phone numbers and website for any questions you may have.

I need a faucet with an escutcheon plate to cover 3 holes in my 4-hole sink. The ceramic disc valves is a must for me. This faucet is of metal construction with flexible quick-connect fittings. I love Kohler products and am very happy with this one.

The faucet is nice, although it looks bigger than we expected once we got it installed. My only complaint is the aerator that came with the faucet, which was absolutely terrible. It caused an unpleasant spray pattern that soaked my front the first time I did the dishes. I picked up a new aerator from the store for a couple of bucks and swapped it in, and it works great now. Just a little frustrating that the faucet came from the manufacturer with such a poor aerator.
