Beautiful, elegant faucet, simple to install. Looks elegant as our bar faucet on our new Caesar Stone counter. We opted for vibrant stainless, as pictured above. This is a hot/cold faucet and replaced an 22 year old, double handed Grohe that was in shiny metal. We've always been happy with the quality of Kohler products. I bought and returned four other brand faucets before selecting this one. All were cheaper and looked cheap, the quality just wasn't there so I opted for a higher end faucet while still staying in my budget. We installed it today so I can only comment on it's ease of install and new condition, plus I do like that the head swivels as well.

The faucet didn't work -- the magnetic sprayer lacked sufficient magnetism and just drooped down from the faucet -- but Home Depot refused to take it as a return.
Disappointed.
Sink scratched already and hard to drain because the bottom is flat with corners.
Disappointed.

Hi HomeDepotCustomer, this is Laura with Kohler Co. I am sorry; this faucet has a fixed spout without a pull-out sprayhead. Presuming you own a different Artifacts faucet that does have a pull-out spout, please check the weight on the hose under the sink. It should be moved towards the sprayhead end of the hose, as far as possible. This will allow the sprayhead to dock securely. When I received the faucet, the small handle was very loose. I thought maybe it will tighten up when it's installed. Got it installed and it turned out to be defective. The handle could not be fixed and on top of it, the faucet leaked on the inside - would not shut off. I found out I could simply return it to any Home Depot, which I did, and the return process was absolutely painless. Unfortunately, I have to still pay for the plumber's time, for nothing. Will Home Depot reimburse me the plumber's time?

This beautiful Artifacts® bar sink faucet in a Victorian design adds a lot of style. It is a well constructed faucet at a higher price point but you get what you pay for and this is a superior faucet from design to construction. Installation was easy and instructions are clear and easy to follow. Single lever makes it easy to use when your hands are full or dirty and you can easily turn the water on with the back of your hand. I especially like the full rotation of the spout to fill containers that are sitting on the counter. The unique temperature memory sets so that when you turn the faucet on it comes on at the last used temperature setting which is really cool. I love this faucet, stylish and functional.

This ARTIFACTS SINGLE-HANDLE BAR FAUCET WITH VICTORIAN SPOUT DESIGN IN POLISHED CHROME is simply beautiful. Like a piece of bling for your kitchen or in our case laundry room. Although this is a bar faucet it worked perfectly for our laundry sink and adds a lot of design to an otherwise boring room. It is a little on the pricey side, but it is worth it. Really well made, sturdy, metal construction with ceramic disks for longevity. Single lever makes it easy to turn on and off and a super nice feature is the temperature memory that turns the water on at the last temperature used. This is for a single hole installation but a 3-hole escutcheon can be ordered which is what we needed to make this fit our sink. Easy instructions and installation. The hardest part was getting the old corroded faucet out!

I don't think there is an artifacts faucet that I don't love. This victorian yet modern look is right on. The 360 degree reach is great for filling from the rear of the kitchen island or bar. Installation, as with all of the artifacts, is easy and quick. I love it in the chrome, drawing attention to the great lines and build of this faucet is ideal.

This is our fourth faucet from the Artifacts collection and it is beautiful as three previous ones. It looks very elegant, somewhat modern, even though it is Victorian design. The Artifacts faucets are very high quality faucets. The installation was very straight forward without any problems whatsoever. The Polished Chrome finish is amazing and very east to look after. This faucet has 360 degree rotation which is very convenient and helpful. It also has a temperature control, which was a very pleasant surprise.
This Kohler faucet is an excellent addition to our wet bar.
