Q:Is there any way to adjust the spray pattern? It comes out in a wide, fan-shaped pattern that sprays all over ME, even when I hold it close to what I'm spraying. I'd like it to have a tighter circular pattern that I can direct to spray tings precisely.

Handle broke in 3 years.
The handle broke in 3 year or so . I believe the ceramic part is at fault. In any case last 2 month the handle had become tight and was difficult move as if something is scrapping . See the attached pic the white ceramic part is scrapped up and has cracked up

Nice faucet, poor end connection
We had our faucet professionally installed 4 years ago. Last year I noticed when hot water was on, the metal connection between hose and end would actually burn my hand.
The washer end at the hose which allows the swivel broke and now the faucet leaks... all the way back down to the cabinet. Only 4 yrs. Disappointed as we've had several good Kohler products in the past.

I’ve had American Standard and Moen products in my homes for years and never have had a Kohler faucet till this purchase. No reason just never never had one installed. Well I was missing a truly great product. Quality and performance is better than anything I’ve used before including a ridiculously high priced Grohe faucet. This maybe the first but definitely not the last Kohler product I buy.

Love this faucet. The color is great. I LOVE the way the sweep spray works. It took me a while to understand it's not a feature you turn on and off. It's just the way the spray always works, but after a mild freak out I had somehow ordered a faucet that didn't have that feature I had a 'V8 moment' and all was well. I love the long sprayer hose, and the swivelled connector. The handle moves well and is solid construction. I love it.

I love my new faucet. We installed it ourselves after watching videos on how to do it. I love the pull down spray feature - love the knife spray to get foods off of dishes etc. I love the high neck as it makes getting a big pot under it very convenient. It is very stylish and there is nothing I don't like about it.

The Kohler Bellera faucet in oil rubbed bronze is great! The sweep spray is so much more effective than the traditional spray for cleaning out the sink and spraying of dirty dishes. The DockNetik helps keep the nozzle where it belongs. The faucet is sturdy. It doesn’t show any hard water spots.

I bought this faucet in Dec 2019.
This morning, the faucet started leaking suddenly and badly so I cannot use it anymore: there are holes in the hose that sprays all over causing leakage under the sink and all over the counter when I pull out the sprayer. No way to reach the Customer Service ( call center has a very limited operating hours) and when sent an email through the official website I was notified it will take up to 3 business days to get a reply: really? How am I suppose to use my kitchen for its purpose without a working faucet for days??
Also, I wanted to buy the part and repair the faucet myself as quick as I could but there is no way to fund it ANYWHERE other than the official website (NOT FAST).
Product has Lifetime Warranty, but broke after 3 years and it's hard to even find replacement parts: probably better to buy Delta or Moen!!!
