Does this only have one setting for pressure?
Hello ACaughthran, this is Quinn with Kohler Company. I am glad to look into your question. For the K-TS396-4-2BZ this is a 2.5gpm shower trim. There is no adjustment to create more water pressure. If you feel that you are having some low flow from that head, we recommend soaking the shower head in 50/50 soultion of white vinegar and warm water for roughly an hour. Does this work with the Kohler Thermostatic Valve? If not, can you confirm which trim kits do? Also can you confirm what other components I need to purchase for my plumber for a new bathroom (valve, trim kit, flange and shower head/mount...)
Hi Holly, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I am glad to address your question. This shower trim will not fit the Kohler 1/2" or 3/4" thermostatic valves (K-2972 and K-2975). The correct Devonshire trim for one of these valves would be the K-T10357-4. The Devonshire 1.75 gpm showerhead is model K-45413-G. The K-7397 7-1/2" arm and flange can be paired with this.
