      Does holding down the handle till the bowl clears relieve pressure? Noticed occasionally there is a slight water spurt from back of toilet on the wall. Wondering if it is due to excess pressure?

            The new Highline I purchased/had installed in March started out with full flushing power; however, it now requires 2-3 flushes at each use. Any recommendations for what needs to be done to return to 'single flush'?

                I have 3 of these toilets and just purchased a 4th one. At the end of the toilet flush the new one is making a groaning noise. The others have never made that sound. It seems something is faulty. Product or Installation?

                  This is the one to buy...!!
                  The plumbing in my older home was not designed to support low flow toilets but the power assist on this model ensures a good flush without any clogs or other issues. The flush is loud and a bit startling at first especially for unsuspecting users but you get used to it fairly quick although night time bathroom visits might be a concern unless you wait until morning to flush. The water level in the bowl is much higher than other low flow toilets and the bowl wash is good when flushing with no missed areas.The seat height is excellent for physically challenged adults who have trouble getting up or down in a seated position. The installation went well but the tank bolts are a little too short which makes installing the tank harder. I also used shims to level the toilet. The flush rod issue is easily fixed by installing a small collar at the end to keep it from popping out of place. I paired this toilet with an Alpha bidet seat for a perfect combination.

                    The following is a copy of the email what I sent to Kohler...... " Inside my two (2) Kohler toilets, there is a considerable amount of gap that exists between the handle trip lever and the plunger arm (which works the actuator). The only way that I could get the toilets to work was to rig the handle trip lever and the plunger arm ,coming off of the Flushmate. This so-called fix won't last for long ! This is definitely a design flaw by Kohler and needs to be corrected as soon as possible ! In my case, I was told to contact Kohler to send out safety straps to remedy the problem that you apparently refuse to fix, because of me doing recent research on past customers who have complained of the same problems that goes back several years ! Please contact me to let me know what you plan to do to fix this issue ! I have spent way too much money on these two (2) toilets and installation, only to discover that they don't work like they should ! "

                      I would like to give this product something more because it's solid and the flushing mechanism is...
                      I would like to give this product something more because it's solid and the flushing mechanism is nifty but it just has been a huge hassle and customer service is unable to resolve things. The toilet shipped well packaged and in the two boxes that it should have. Putting it in was fine and the same as any other toilet. After hooking up the water I tried to flush it but the metal rod that pushes the actuator was not long enough to reach, or the trip handle was not in the right position. So after contacting customer support that day (9-23-17) I am still without a solution other than zip tying an allen wrench to the trip lever so that it's long enough to activate the actuator rod. Hopefully this review will bring others some relief. I will not be buying another Kohler product since the customer support has been unreliable. It's likely that CS will even respond to this email asking me to contact them, but they already have my open case request #4361462.

                      Best new Toilet EVER..
                      We purchased this new toilet because of it's looks and it's tall seat. We wanted a toilet with the tallest seat we could find as we both tall. It is 18 1/4" with the seat on it. An added bonus is the power assist flush. We have well water with very little water pressure. I don't know how it works, but rest assured it does greatly increase the pressure during the flush making it almost impossible to clog. We just love it.
