[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this toilet over a month ago and the first thing I noticed about it was how big it was compared to the idea I had in my head. Don’t get me wrong I’m not tools or what have you. I will suggest Kohler upgrade the instructions and add a list of possible items needed for installation. All in all, I got it in and working properly. It would have taken much less time if a list and more detailed instructions was in the box with it. Once it was installed and the electronic panel was placed on the wall, I couldn’t wait to try it out. (I know weird). When I finally was ready to use the toilet, I noticed it has the perfect height not to short not to tall. Next, I love how the seat automatically raises as you walk up to it. (great feature) ok so without getting graphic I finished up and decided to use the back bidet first. This was pretty great as you can adjust the heat of the water and the pressure of the stream. Once that as done, I used the front bidet same thing with pressure and all. While waiting for that to finish I started trying other features like the heated seat. Best feature for me. Once the front was finished, I decided I would test the dryer feature. I was somewhat disappointed in this one I mean you can set it to blow harder but just not enough to get the job done so had to resort to the toilet paper. Not the end of the world however. Oh, the other great feature of deodorizer I had my serious doubts that this would eliminate any smells but it did. Very awesome feature there. Won’t have to spray smelly chemicals to get the half decent smell back in the bathroom. So, if you wondered yes, the deodorizer does work great. One surprising feature I noticed was the sanitizer one it sanitizes the want before and after every use. I am sure your curious as to the massage feature so yes, I did try it out. Basically, just pulsates and washes you at the same time nothing weird about it. Now this next feature is great if you have kids that don’t flush you like myself will love the way it flushes without assistance after you are up off the seat and then precedes to shut the lid on its own. I am so very impressed with this toilet I can’t begin to explain. I only hope this review helps you decide to get this toilet. The price of this toilet I think is acceptable I mean yes it seems expensive but c mon you’re going to save in toilet paper alone not to mention the little amount of water it takes to flush. You will not have to do the double flush with this one it only takes one. You will also save on the not having to buy deodorizer anymore since it comes with one. So, the price tag is well worth it. Again, the only negative I have is with the instructions not being more detailed and there not being a list of what will be needed to get this installed. Also, if there is a power outage don’t worry you can manually flush the toilet with a bucket of water. Oh, I almost forgot the fact that this has no tank or at least no visible one. The tank is under the bowl meaning one less thing you will have to spend money on. No need to worry about the stupid chain in the back breaking or buying a new plunger. Kohler outdid themselves with this one all it is missing is a Radio or small tv. Great toilet all the way around highly recommend it. My husband is in love with this toilet he said if we move, we are going to have to buy another one for the new place lol he is hooked more than me. Men love a good throne and this one exceeds. all of the rest. Sleek and well made Easy to clean on the outside because it dont have all them nooks and crannies like standered ones.

It's pretty good, but kind of a funky user interface so I am glad it is less expensive than other smart toilets.Nice bidet function Well made physically and nice aesthetic. Issues: 1. The control panel display shuts off after about 20 secs whether you are using the thing or not, which doesn't really make sense. Then you have to tap it to get it to turn on to use it. 2. It's not connected to the internet, so it's never going to get software updates (I assume) 3. You can't really tell what it's doing a lot of the time. Even when you turn off some of the automatic features (automatic flushing was one, cause it's not like it waits until you leave the bathroom and close the door, which would be ideal. It just flushes about 10 seconds after you get up. 4. Even after turning off all the automatic features, it still does things and makes noises that you don't understand. Like it sprays something after you sit down, but I have no idea what it is doing. 5. User manual to explain all these things is extremely limited

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that it is in and working, we love it!! We did a complete remodel of our bathroom making it easier to install. It is great looking as well.

Kohler does not supply part numbers. On this website check parts info, it lists 1 of 1 product. Therefore , maintenance of the filter deodorizer etc. there is no information in the owners manuals or online. There is NO info on the deodorizer. It is incredible the lack of online info, or even of consumer feedback. Going to call the Kohler line now, although my spouse did previously and the info was on partially correct. If I can’t service simple features (filters), or stop the incessant beeping without forcing control to sleep every night or purchase deodorizer... then you buy from another company. This occurred with an expensive top-of-the-line refrigerator we had... it is unsustainable with non-transparent companies like this. We changed refrigerator and very pleased, I can see the writing in the wall for us and Kohler. Not consumer friendly or transparent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first intelligent toilet. The features are great and the biggest problem I have is how every other toilet in my life is not this good. There are a lot of great features but there were two features that stood out to me. 1) Heated seat - I didn't realize how important that feature was to me until I was somewhere that didn't have one. 2) Heated cleansing - you'll never want toilet paper again

We bought 2 of this last year. Absolutely loved its functions. 2 months later, both of toilets were leaking, turned out the pipe connectors were defect. Kohler sent us the replacement, problem fixed. Few months, later the fan burned. Kohler replaced the whole circuit board, fan fixed. Then the remote stopped working, Kohler sent out a new remote yeah!, now the wand and pump stop working, we are awaiting for new replacement now. I confident to say by the end of this fix, Kohler has replaced my entire toilet bit by bit.

A member of my family is in dearly need of a easy way to satisfy his needs and I couldn't get any better and our job easy then this toilet. Karing is one of the best brand we always try to buy they products has long life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure what to expect with a smart toilet but it exceeded any expectations I may have had. Start with installation. I thought the instructions were very straight forward and as long as you look in the book before starting, you will know what you need to complete this task very quick. The toilet does take electricity so you will need to install a plug in by the toilet if you do not have one. My brother in law and husband were able to complete the installation in about 5 hours. He told me the only bad thing he ran into was it was super hard to get the side screws mounted in, due to the small space. Per the instructions you were to do this task by hand, they had to use a power tool in order to complete this job. Features: The features are pretty amazing. Between the heated seat and the deodorizer, I am not sure which one is the best feature. The heated seat, water temp, and the pressure of the spray are all adjustable. You can make the temp warmer or cooler for the seat and the water. The pressure of the spray you have multiple settings from massage to spiral. (You must be using the front or back spray feature to activate the massage or spiral feature). Once you are done with the sprayer the dryer is nice and quiet to dry any water you have on your bottom. One piece of advice to know is you will need patience. Sometimes when you push a button it takes a few seconds to cycle through what it wants to do then it will work. So don’t think it will not work because it doesn’t happen instantly . My 3 year old was a little weirded out by the motion censored seat cover opening on its own and the blue light in the toilet. But in time she became accustomed to it. In the end this is a very nice smart toilet. With the battery operated control panel to the fact it’s self cleaning. I am not sure if I could ever go back to a normal toilet. If you are looking for a new toilet this toilet is something of the future; definitely something to look into. My family and extended family love coming over to use the toilet. Kind of weird to say but I am okay with it.

The seats are heated , the toilet is self cleaning and deodorizing. It has a sprayer with different settings to get your undercarriage clean! Oh did I mention the night light that’s built in. It comes with a touch remote that is easy to understand and use. I never dreamed I would ever in my life be so excited for a toilet. I feel like a queen on this throne. Definitely recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet literally does it all for you!! First off, the shape is so compact and classy, such a small foot print in the bathroom. It has heated seat, a bidet, sprays the toilet bowl before each use, hands free open and close, Lighted bowl, I could go on and on with everything it does. It is the be all and end all of toilets. Honestly, I really do feel like a king on his throne.
