Do i need to purchase the matching shower arm to use this product?
Desi, my name is Jessica with Kohler Customer Service. I am happy to assist with your inquiry. K-22170-BN does not come packaged with the shower arm and flange. There is not a required shower arm, the recommended options are K-7397, K-7395 or K-933. Thank you for choosing Kohler.
Can the water flow restrictor be removed?

Is this wall mount shower head in a fixed position or does it pivot or swivel so you can adjust to spray away from you while you wait for the water to reach desired temperature.
