Questions & Answers

Regarding my previous question on 14407-4-CP. The point is I ordered the -4 CP and the box contained the cross handles.

So the order was incorrectly packaged? I just want to verify this because I don't want to reorder 14407-4-CP and receive cross handles again. I ordered the correct model ...the faucet that arrived was packaged with the cross handles. Very frustrating and is causing project delays trying to get this corrected.

How do I order this faucet with high lever handles as shown? I received cross handles.

I ordered this faucet here and received cross handles instead of high lever. I looked on the Kohler site and K-14407-4 -CP is suppose to be this set exactly. The box I received is labeled 14407-4-CP. should be correct but isn't. I just want the correct handles and low gooseneck spout as pictured.

what does non deck mount mean in the specs of this faucet?

Thank you for your inquiry. I believe you are referring to this from the specification tab... Mount type : Non-deckplate As with virtually all of the widespread faucets where the handles are further apart, there is no single "plate" that fits underneath both the handles and spout.
