I am sorry model number 7507-CP is intended for s a single hole installation only, we do not offer an escutcheon plate to enable cover the extra holes on a 3 hole sink. However we do have a sink hole cover which is model number 8830-* (* add color to complete model number Please work with your local Home Depot for pricing and availability on this product.
