Questions & Answers

Is the included drain for a sink with or without an overflow drain? Or will it work with either?

Overflow is usually built into the sink. Should work with either.

TBD

Where is the pull-up knob for the stopper?

Hi Razorbackrick, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I'm glad to answer your question. The drain included with this Worth bathroom faucet is a clicker drain. You can push it down by hand to open and close it. Thank you for choosing KOHLER.

Could i screw an adapter to the spout if i remove the aerator??

Hello, my name is Sarah with Kohler Co. I'm glad to answer your question. This spout is designed to be used exclusively with the included aerator. I'm sorry, we do not recommend removing it to install an adapter. Thank you for choosing KOHLER.

We already bought 2 Worth bathroom faucets and love them and see that there is a Coordinating Product for the shower R76258-4E-BN but we have a stand alone shower so don't need the tub spout. I'd like to know if you only sell the shower head and handle separately? Also we are going to have a soaking tub in this bathroom and would like to know what Roman type tub faucet would you suggest we go with in the Kohler line to match? Is there a Kohler Product in the Worth Collection for a larger soaking tub that matches the Worth faucet handles? If not, I'm hopeful there's an item that will at least match the brushed nickel finish of the Worth faucets.

Hi, this is Laura with Kohler Co. I am happy to assist you with your question. Currently, the Worth shower/bath faucet is not available without the bath faucet. The bottom out of the valve could be capped for a shower only installation. We do not have a bath filler faucet at this time in the Worth Collection. I would suggest the Bancroft, Devonshire, or Fairfax line for a bath filler. Thank you for choosing KOHLER.

Our bathroom faucet was leaking and it was time to replace it. Because of social distancing and Home Depot being 40 miles away in one direction and 60 miles away in the other, I shopped online. I liked the look, seemed old fashioned to me, and was excited that it was available in brushed nickel. Because the faucet swivels I thought that would be a definite plus. I read about each faucet similar to this and each brand name. I chose this one and it was shipped to my home. My handyman son installed it. We've used it for about 5 days and are really happy. We like the look, it works well, and it is not leaking!!! Mostly, I am grateful that I am no longer losing over 12 gallons of water each day.

This faucet is so beautiful and feels heavy and really well made, I have the whole Worth collection in my bathroom and love it! Yes it does have an issue with the water spraying out funny but just call Kohler and they will ship you out the aerator for free. Even without it I would have still kept the faucet because I love the look and feel of it! The Shower/Tub faucets are beautiful as well.

Kohler quality goes above and beyond what I expected, but I am not surprised! Beautiful. Functional. Kohler. 'Nuff said! And since I got them at below close out price (55% off), I managed to get two faucets for less than the price of one! BooYa! Gotta love that... Note: I'm going to also include a pic, so please don't mind a "lived in" bathroom! :-)

I had mixed feelings on this unit prior to purchasing after reading a similar pattern of not-so-good reviews and same apparent issue/problem. BUT I took leap off faith and bought four of them. My concerns were validated after I installed them, but decided I would just live with them a few years. After they annoyed me long enough [few weeks or so ] and found myself bored... I decided to address this spray pattern problem issue until I figured it out. First, its a design issue but the extent and severity of folks complaints, I believe, might also depend on both water volume and pressure, particularly [as in my case], for folks with a well & tank; too low pressure on tank pressure switch high side [ie shutoff] makes it worse or more pronounced. But proving that would entail a more detailed scientific approach, time and data acquisition. I orig got to thinking this & mention it only because I noticed that my main level, half bath with this faucet seemed to spray symmetrically and OK [ tho still a bit extreme for my taste]; but two upstairs units in dbl sink bath sprayed all over creation. Additionally, like other folks, I also noticed they ALL had that seemingly continuous drip after you shut them off...UNTYPICAL of ceramic discs or any good-working-order faucet, in general, regardless of valving. SO I decided on performing a product autopsy as they finally got on my last nerve. RESULT: there is HOPE and SIMPLE SOLUTION. And better yet, requires LITTLE to NO EFFORT to make you LOVE this faucet. The aerator design, if you remove it with supplied key [at least they GIVE one to you++} is actually a multi-piece design with several parts- the grey, outermost aerator half [nearest to neck opening] BUT ALSO a back, rearmost section {deepest into the faucet neck].. of which mine was a clear/white nylon. This BACK part, white section, acts as the actual SPRAY DIFFUSER, jiggy gizmo {technical term for it, lol} and sole culprit causing ALL the headaches. Using caution & sharp, thin instrument of some sort, you simply SEPARATE this BACK SECTION from other- AND THROW IT AWAY...you dont need it and your faucet glitches are RESOLVED! Period. No more spraying water in 200 directions; you now have a nice steady water flow and stream.. AND even the nuisance-drip-after-shutoff is GONE. THATS how you fix this particular faucet unit & design. Tho no guarantee or promise, I dont see why this simple mod would affect warranty, but keep that in mind just in case. I changed only this one variable, and made NO adjustments to well tank pressure switch. Bottom line...if you like the design, its a decent faucet for the price which is why I first considered it, along with fact this sorta 'fit' the pseudo-remodel plan and decor I was going for to mesh & blend with other current pieces- not over-the-top fancy, not bland, and kinda went with the old-school discontinued Kohler light brown sinks we have. I orig preferred and sought a more higher end, custom special-order 'copper' tone finish as I generally have a distaste for dark venetian bronze...but I also didnt wanna drop $200+ for PER faucet...as this was my parents house and only spare baths. Hope this helps. Brother LOU, your handyman pharmacist. Perhaps I can update later with additional photos depicting the aerator/diffuser.

Great looking faucet but sprays water on the counter. Rather than a single stream of water the water comes out of aerator in all kinds of directions and water seems to pulse out of different areas of aerator. Contacted Kohler support and received automated email stating would receive reply in two business days. After five business days I still have not received any response. Created Youtube video illustrating issue https://youtu.be/tYneqFeQceI. On a positive note my new Kohler toilet and kitchen faucet work great.

Hello, my name is Jessica with Kohler Customer Service. i am so sorry to hear of the interrupted spray pattern with your K-R76256-4D-2BZ. If I may suggest removing the aerator and soaking it in a 50/50 of warm water and straight white vinegar to help remove any debris or mineral deposit that may be in the aerator. If the water is still not coming out in a single stream please contact our Customer Service team at KohlerCustServ@Kohler.com. We look forward to hearing from you! -Sincerely, Jessica P. (What's this)
I had an old faucet to replace in my master bathroom that had a plunger handle that was so close to the wall it was extremely difficult to use. I saw this Worth bath faucet and decided it would be a proper replacement for my setup. The reason I like it the most is the ingenious push plunger instead of a conventional pull handle. It's a pretty novel idea that I never thought of but it works flawlessly. Just push it down and hear the click and the sink plunger is set. Push it again and hear the click to release the plunger and drain the sink. It works well and feels really well built. Time will tell if this plunger spring wears out but my initial thoughts are very positive. This faucet has a nice rubbed bronze finish that went well with my bathroom decor as well. the handles have a nice action and feel to them and are very solid. No leaks or anything like that whatsoever, it just has a really positive valve open and close on it. I usually take the filter heads in faucets out because the flow is so abysmal but this one worked great and I felt no need to do so. The flow is strong and steady. The faucet head actually rotates a little too which is nice if you need to angle it. The installation was pretty standard for a sink faucet which sometimes takes some finagling under the sink to get things right but it wasn't too difficult. I'm very impressed by this faucet and am so glad I chose to replace my old one with this one.

(What's this)
I gutted a bathroom and I'm replacing everything from ceiling to floor. I opted for this Kohler faucet because I have other Kohler fixtures in some of my other apartments and they hold up very well to tenant abuse plus they're inexpensive and they look and work well. This unit has a swivel goose neck like a kitchen faucet... very cool. The drain assembly is plastic, not unusual at this price point, but the rest of the unit appears to be mostly metal. Over the years I've installed dozens of faucets in my apartments and this one came with no surprises. As with all plumbing installations preparation before installation is most important. The mating surfaces must be completely free of old plumber's putty or silicone sealant. Although the included instructions don't require it I always silicone under the deck gasket and the drain assembly and apply a couple of wraps of Teflon tape to all threaded parts. Just a little added insurance against potential leaks. I allow any silicone "squeeze out" to harden and then cut it away with a razor blade. This unit doesn't ship with water supply lines so you'll need to measure for these and purchase them separately. Removal and installation took under a half hour and was problem free. Finally, remove the aerator, with the included tool, and run the water to flush the system of any overlooked manufacturing debris. Reinstall the aerator and you're done. (What's this)
This is a very attractive bathroom faucet that was easy to install and functions well. The stem connection was not as long as the faucet it replaced so I had to purchase a longer water line hose but that is no fault of the faucet. My wife loves the look and I like how easy it was to install and how well it works. The dark bronze finish matches our bathroom décor and looks great.
