Possible mis-color?
I purchased this product in brushed gold. It appears much more like a champagne bronze, especially when placed near other Kraus products (like the soap dispenser in my provided picture, which it is supposed to match).
Aside from that it is great quality.

High Quality Kitchen Faucet
We just installed the Kraus Commercial Style Kitchen Faucet into our personal home kitchen. I was please with the quality of the faucet at first sight. It is not flimsy or weak. It is solid! It is heavy duty! Installation was quite easy. When you open the box, the faucet seems really large and maybe even too big for your kitchen. But, when it gets in stalled, its a thing of beauty. Cleaning around the faucet is simple and do build up of soap or gunk is hanging around. The pull down sprayer meets every corner of my sink and then some. I am very pleased with this product. I highly recommend it.

Great faucet for with a minor issue.
Build quality is fantastic. Installation was a breeze in granite. Mated with the undermount Blanco sink. Water pressure is adequate with the 2.5 gpm washer on the hose. The only issue I have is the reach of the hose with a deep undermount sink. You have to pull quite hard to overcome the spring tension to get down low. I fear this could lead to damage of the hose. If the spring was a tad more compliant I would rate it 5 stars. It is still a very good faucet for the money.

Though this faucet is practical, functional and well-designed, it's also very elegant. Installation wasn't difficult. The swivel, faucet, etc, are a smooth as butter. The only problem we had was that the hot water didn't work and when my husband unhooked the hot water line, the filter washer was torn around the edges. Perhaps he over-tightened, we don't really know. We couldn't find a way to buy the part on the Kraus website so I called the company to see if we could buy a couple of them. The company has great customer service! I was on hold for a bit but when the rep came on the line, he filled out a claim for me and registered our product. He told me they'd send out a couple if I replied to his email with our purchase receipt and number off the hose line. I did that right away and am hopeful they send the parts. In the meantime, we've used the old washer to keep the line from leaking until the replacement part arrives. Faucets aren't probably all that exciting to the average American who has always had hot & cold water at their fingertips but I find happiness in convenience and technology every day. This faucet and the company are both outstanding!

Commercial Kitchen Faucet
I love my new kitchen faucet. We installed it without using the face plate and are very happy with the clean line. It compliments the stainless steel farmhouse sink. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Well thought out faucet
I am very satisfied with my faucet. It had all the qualities I wanted- stainless hose, extends far enough into the sink to avoid splash on the granite, spray turns on and off at the nozzle, not so high that it looks disproportionately large for my island and a support bar for my sink wiping towel. I purchased a second one for the laundry room sink- same quality and satisfaction :)

Nice looking faucet
I enjoy the "drop down" look that it has and the spot free stainless steel. The only issue is that where I circled in the picture it seems to be a little loose? I'm not sure if that is just this particular one we bought, or if it's in the design. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.
