Q:Is the water faucet compatible with ro water, which has very specific requirements? Your specs mention brass but I thought ro water could not pass over brass.

Didn’t last 2 years
Spray head broke within 2 years and at least a replacement part was available but had to pay shipping on top of replacement part cost which cost the same as the part. Made a loud noise because sprayer wouldn’t stay in flow or spray mode. I would recommend for the sleek modern design but not for the quality and warranty.

Handle broke off after three years
Installed this Oletto faucet in Jan 2020 and the handle snapped off after three years of normal use.

Looks lovely, but can be frustrating to operate
We can’t always use our on/off handle manually as needed. Sometimes I turn on water and it won’t work unless I wave my hand for the sensor. Get annoying after a bit. I can turn the water on and off manually over and over for a bit, then walk away for awhile and come back, and go to turn water on with handle and then it won’t work without waving hand in front of sensor. Wondering if I have a faulty product, or is this what it is? Love the color, the sprayer, the cord length..basically everything else, but the random sensor issue.

High quality H2O

Excellent Product

It tastes fresh, crisp and so clean and my ice cubes have never been so clear. It's been years since I've used tap water for cooking or drinking because of the bad water taste. Now with the KRAUS FS-1000 I've noticed that my coffee tastes so good. It brought out the flavor of my coffee and my tea. The KRAUS FS-1000 Purita 2-Stage Carbon Block Under-Sink Water Filtration System with Digital Display Monitor filters water for up to six months and is easy to install. It includes all the hardware and is compatible with most filter faucets. I highly recommend this product!!

Installation Harder than Expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our incoming pipes are very old, and our city water does not taste the best so I was excited about trying this filtration system. I gave myself a couple hours of time to install this Kraus 2-Stage Under-Sink Water Filter system, and that was not nearly enough. First off I started installation and then realized that the t-adapter was not going to work with my water lines. It was too small, so water would leak. After making a trip to the hardware store I found they had no lines small enough to fit the adapter, so I bought a larger t-adapter that is metal, and I figured it would probably be better to use metal instead of the included plastic one. Because the filter cartridges are so tall it's a bit difficult to get them situated underneath the cabinet with a garbage disposal in the same cabinet. I had to squeeze through a single door cabinet to install the product. Trying to get the display covers on and batteries connected through the door was a little tough as well. Make sure to take the black rubber pins off the top of the cartridges...the instructions mention taking off the cap but not the rubber pins. Once installed the unit has a somewhat confusing process for resetting the display. The unit must be flushed for 30 minutes, and it felt so wasteful. I haven't really noticed a huge difference when testing water that runs through the filter. It has been about 30 points less than water run straight from the faucet, but the filtered water ratings are nowhere near the zero rating of my countertop filter. I will continue to use the Kraus filtered water for those things that don't necessarily require perfectly filtered water, like cooking water, pet water, etc. The Kraus filtered water is an improvement over the normal city water.
