    Not as shown and described
    I ordered this product and when it arrived it only had one strap that was already attached to the wheel assembly (the buckle attached on one side and the rest of the strap on the other). The strap was also not as long as it was supposed to be. Right next to the tire is not where you want the strap-it interferes. I thought someone had tampered with it and returned it. So I returned it and reordered another one. The second one came the same way. Not sure if they've changed the design or why it's like this but it is not what I ordered.
