Looks/Functions Great
Sink looks great and came free of any defects or damage. The mounting clips underneath did not fit our counter without making minor adjustments. Easy to clean following the provided instructions. One helpful tip is to make sure your faucet is completely tightened prior to install, without the center divider it’s almost impossible to afterwards.

We are sorry to hear of the damage to your sink. The sink was damaged during shipping which, though rare, can happen. Regrettably the crack was likely hard to see prior to installation and was only noticed the next day. Of course we would be more than happy to provide you with a replacement sink. As for the finish it is definitely more of a matte finish to the surface. If your expectation was for a shiny, high gloss finish like on a porcelain or cast iron sink, this would not be the right sink. I look at reviews before buying. So please consider my review. Absolutely love my new sink. Easy to clean, recommend Bar Keepers. It’s just deep enough. I only wish the drain was on the left instead of the right. Great for a left handed person, but I’m getting used to it. Great quality. Definitely would recommend. Worth the money too.

Great sink, okay hardware
Fantastic sink, must have the grate on the bottom. The hardware is not great for this application. Had to make some adjustments and rigging. Issues with the underboard also. Sink is fantastic though

Beautiful sink, but not durable!!
I've had this sink installed for about 6 weeks. My installer had a horrible time using the clips provided, and ended up contacting the actual manufacturer, who stated the clips really aren't needed and just using caulk would be good enough. Well, as you can see, the sink is now cracked. It has only had mediocre regular use for a handful or so of weeks!! I'm feeling very disheartened, as I spent a good amount of money on the installation. Will be returning this for something that is durable!!!

Karran Black Quartz Sink
Product looks great in my counter top. There is a very small crevice on the back left corner but not worth the hassle of returning. Please inspect top edges. The mounting brackets are of cheap design and do not function well. The sink is over thirty pounds and with a putty or caulk seal it is not going to move.

Best kitchen sink ever
We replaced a stainless steel two-bowl sink with this single bowl granite composite and we love it. It's deep and wide, so plenty of work surface. It's sloped just right so that water drains and doesn't sit. The smooth outer edges allow for easy cleanup of the counter around it. We knocked out 3 additional holes to support our faucet, soap dispenser and garbage disposal switch. Unlike our old sink, the spacing and smooth exterior edge of the sink allow for easy cleanup around the base of each item. This sink also dampens noise much better, so we barely hear our garbage disposal when we run it with the Karran sink in place. All that plus the color. We wish we'd known about it 12 years ago.

Ordered this sink to replace a 2 bowl stainless sink on Saturday, it arrived Wednesday, and was installed yesterday. Beautiful and spacious. Really love it. Fit our existing cutout perfectly. Husband loves it and plumber who put it in for us said it is a really nice sink.
