A: There is a small hole at top you could put a small padlock, I used a lock nut and bolt.

The extinguisher comes with a hanger bracket that you can install on the wall with screws you must provide, as what screws you use will differ depending on what kind of surface you are attaching the bracket to. It is not a big rectangle, the case bevels.

I did not understand by the picture that it is not a big square case. The glass face is wider than the back wall. The cabinet bevels back to the wall. It was not a problem for our use but others should be aware, it's not a big rectangle case like old fire cabinets. The wall area exposed surface that the older cabinet hide.
