The Kidde Fire Extinguisher Cabinet 5 lb. Surface Mount, for 5 Pound Dry Chemical Extinguisher, Heavy Duty Steel, Safety Glass, Vandal-Resistant, model 468041, is a surface-mounted wall cabinet designed for use with a 5-pound dry chemical extinguisher. Made with heavy-gauge, galvanized steel construction, the Kidde fire extinguisher cabinet is a compact, value-oriented fire extinguisher cabinet that is ideal for apartments, condo buildings, strip malls, and other retail spaces. Provides safe, secure storage for your fire extinguisher with a wall cabinet that's easy to access in case of an emergency. The Break Rite handle eliminates the need for a breaker bar or hammer; it's also not removable, so the handle is always available when needed. The Kidde fire extinguisher box features tempered safety glass, which is safer than plate glass when broken during an emergency or if it's accidentally damaged. The electrostatically applied, thermally fused, re-coatable white finish gives the Kidde 468041 surface-mounted fire extinguisher cabinet a longer life in both indoor and outdoor applications, and it resists chipping, peeling, or flaking. The unitized assembly is resistant to vandals, keeping the five pound fire extinguisher inside safe, secure, and available when it's needed most.

A: The rough opening is never same as the unit on semi recessed and or recessed cabinets, there is always a lip. Please provide detail information. Thanks, Mac
