What is the STC rating?

No. The door requires preexisting framing. You will also need to provide and install the hinges and door knob.

Does the door comes with frame?
NO, a door without a frame is a slab door. Look for doors that say pre-hung, also, another clue that a door is NOT pre-hung; notice this door does NOT have predrilled knob or hinges pictured.
Can I trim .25" off the sides and .5" off the bottom to fit my existing frame?
Yes, these doors are easily trimmed to fit. I recently completed changing all the doors in my house using a 6 amp corded planer to trim the doors to size. I also suggest getting the door lock and hinge templates to make the appropriate size holes for final installation.
