28 in. x 80 in. White 5-Panel Shaker Solid Core Wood Interior Door Slab

I buy hundreds of doors from "other" vendors but, I needed 8 door asap so I took a chance on Home Depot/Kimberly doors because I could receive them very fast...big mistake. I first noticed the side/bottom joints were not glued when I cut the bottoms to size...joined pieces just fell apart when running a guided saw across the door. Almost all the doors have loose joints and will take me hours to remedy. Door says "solid core" but, they is about 3/16 skin/laminate glued onto the fir faces. Unfortunately, the skins were not glued well at all and are separating on most of the doors. You would think that for $300.00 a door you would get a decent product. On a good note...doors were packed incredibly well for shipping and none of this damage was done by FedEx. I will be calling Home Depot for a discount credit for my time on repairing these doors but, will not hold my breath.

These doors are amazingly beautiful they look great in my remodeled farmhouse it’s just the added touch that I needed I redid my whole entire house with these doors and bought old handles they are just stunning. Great price great quality.

These doors are solid and fairly easy to hang for a beginner like me. The quality of the product has been great thru several orders. Purchased multiple doors over an 18 mo. home project.

Worked great. Used it as a pocket door for the closet. Had some damage but put it in the back and the store manager gave us $50 off due to it.

Like others, my door arrived damaged. I ordered it to store so I could inspect it before brining it home. It looked great, exterior box had no marks or dings. The door inside also looked good. But once home, and fully unboxed, its clear the door was packed damaged. The top corner is crushed, and there is a big compression mark on one side. This was under the cardboard, and under the bubble wrap. Its a quality control issue, the manufacturer likely boxed it damaged. Too bad, because I really liked this door, had it been whole, I’d have left 5 stars.

Ordered 2 of these.Just opened them up to find damaged mdf everywhere. Had I ordered a mdf door, I would not have been surprised. The description plainly states" Add the natural beauty and warmth of wood to your home with our solid pine Shaker Doors" so I thought that meant these would be solid pine doors. The absolutely are NOT. the inserts seem to be but the rest is soft mdf that is easily damaged and will very likely arrive damaged as both of mine did. This is becoming common with HD and I've had about enough. Enough with the false marketing. I have trouble believing anyone else leaving these reviews didn't notice the "solid pine" doors were anything but. Disappointed again, but I've learned the lesson this time.

This door was not in stock, but after ordering, it arrived quite quickly. It is heavy and solid and worked great as a barn door. As it came already primed, was pretty easy to paint (I'd suggest a small foam roller vs. a brush except for the nooks and crannies.) The only thing I was surprised by was the exterior was not wood but fiber. Since I was painting it, I wasn't overly concerned by this, but know that the surface is totally smooth and won't show any grain. I used a satin paint and it looks great!

Mine arrived in perfect condition. We ordered online, picked up at the store, fully looked it over before taking it home. It's a bit of a pain to do with something this big, but the staff there were very understanding & helpful in the process. We used it as a pocket door in our bathroom. Looks GREAT! Still need to paint it, but we are very happy with it, both for looks and for noise reduction (bathroom is very near the living room, sound traveled with our old hollow core door). Our contractor was blown away by the low price and by how fast we received it.

Door looks awesome and is exactly what it looks like in the picture, but it was damaged in shipping which many people have commented on so it's shocking they haven't changed their packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. I needed the door so I couldn't wait another 2-3 weeks for a replacement since it's only available online, so I had to spend a few hours of my own time to repair the damage.
