A: As long as you have proper ventilation but expect your home to smell like the favored wood you use.
A: Safe to burn in your fireplace. It is just large pieces of hickory. Will burn like any other firewood
A: I mean they would work. They’re just kiln dried wood, so they will burn pretty quick as dry wood would burn, but yes it would work. I however wouldn’t recommend using a fireplace to cook with unless it was an actual stove.
A: Yes, they are.
A: 3 Greg's.
A: Just me
A: Less than 6” mostly. They’re more like chunks than logs.
A: Shorter logs for the smaller fireboxes on smokers. Also pretty expensive to throw on a fireplace.
A: Thank you for your question. We do not recommend using Kingsford BBQ Mesquite logs in your fireplace as these are made for cooking and giving a BBQ taste to your food. Your house may smell like BBQ if you use these in your fireplace.
A: Some are longer than others. Not all logs are equal.
A: I never used them in a fireplace but I’m sure you can. I don’t believe that there are any chemicals in them. IMO use in a fireplace is an expensive way to use these logs.
