Excellent product
I cannot believe how well this product worked I first tried to etch the concrete in my garage using armor shield non-acid cleaner did absolutely nothing use this mixing at a rate of one part concentrate to two parts water and it etched the concrete perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product for many projects around the home. I had been needing to prep my basement and this is just what I needed to get it done. This worked perfectly to remove stains from the concrete. I love that I did not have to apply a very thick coat and it went on great. The best thing about this product is that you can paint right after using it with no problems. Seeing the results I am getting makes me wish that I had discovered this sooner, I am really satisfied. I am looking forward to using this for some more projects I am needing to complete. Great product that seems to be of high quality and great value. Highly recommend!

First off, this product is excellent on concrete. If you want to prep a floor this is for you and the price is more than fair.
But if you want to prep metal the concentration is just a bit too weak. I tried it when I ran out of an ospho product and it was simply not strong enough to take the rust down to it's roots and chemically encapsulate it.
As an aside I also tried naval jelly. That appeared to be better for heavily rusted surfaces.
For surface rust you want an ospho product.

This is an excellent product to clean rust as I am restore antique Volkswagen air-cooled cars. I could not be anymore pleased and i highly recommend it. I iused on a set of disc brake rotors that had been in storage and had surface rust on and then after using the product it came back to life.. see the photos attached. I recommend it to all of my friends.

BEWARE!!!
the product says 'etches concrete to allow paint or stains to penetrate and adhere"... WELL it is just the opposite for staining concrete, this product ruined my concrete stain job by etching the essential concrete minerals form the slab... this was a disaster for me.. spent 1K on acid stain only to have this product ruin it.. now I have to figure out what I can do to overlay the acid job!!!!!!!
