I beleave your asking about Citristrip product! mineral spirits works well for this but I actually would recommend CitriStrip after wash! its designed to work well with the product your using.
yes this is a clear product for cleaning your tools! I always recommend reading the clean up section on your oil base paints to be sure they tell you clear or white mineral spirits will clean up brushs and projects! especially check to preserve those fine brushes! hope this helps you!
No they don't but you can Check online for a hazardous waste collection facility nearby or to see if your town offers special collection drives. Never pour hazardous chemicals down the drain or even in the soil or wastewater drains.
316- While Klean-Strip 1 qt. Odorless Mineral Spirits is very low odor and dries with no residue and is an excellent cleaner for brushes and equipment, as well as many other paint and clean up applications, it is not recommended to apply to floors or any other large surface areas because fire and health safety risks will increase dramatically.
It cleans leftover paint on tile really good.
You will need several days to remove "hardened paint". And, lots of elbow grease. Once paint dries & hardens it is very difficult to get out of the brushes. Uou really need to clean brushes with the mineral spirits or paint thinner, immediately after using them.
I made a huge mess with oil based paint. I was able to clean it all up with this stuff!!
No. They are two separate things.
