Finding an out of season item can be nearly impossible,...
Finding an out of season item can be nearly impossible, but a Home Depot associate figured it out and located the item I wanted (bundled for two seasons from now and stocked atop shelving). But he persisted until he could help locate the merchandise and get it via the lift. Very intent on satisfying the customer. Didn't catch his name, though.
