KLEEN KOTE 100 is a long-lasting, biodegradable form release agent and equipment protectant formulated with corrosion-inhibiting properties. KLEEN KOTE creates a virtually non-stick coating on the surface of tools, machinery, vehicles and concrete form work when applied. KLEEN KOTE repels slurry, concrete, paint buildup and overspray, dirt, mud, snow, ice and much more. This extends the useful life of equipment, tools and vehicles during active use and will protect them during seasonal storage. This is a concentrated formula; just add water prior to application.

Hi Andy, Thanks for the great question! If you are purchasing KLEEN KOTE 100, it is concentrate and MUST be mixed with water. The ratio depends on the specific use and can be found on our website at: https://4progressive.com/kleen-kote-100/#pdf-library. View the KLEEN KOTE 100 Product Overview PDF and you will find a list of all the common uses with the required ratio. If you would like a copy emailed, you can reach out to us any time! I hope this helps! -Jennifer
Thank you for the great question! KLEEN KOTE will work with urethane liners when mixed at a ratio of 1 part KLEEN KOTE 100 concentrate with 15 parts water. You will need to apply the mixed product to the liner in a very fine mist, ensuring the product does not pool in the liner. Allow the product to go from white to clear before pouring concrete. KLEEN KOTE does not damage the liner or leave behind and residue/dust on the concrete surface. Reapply before each use, allowing to turn from white to clear. Thanks for the great question! KLEEN KRETE will dissolve concrete. There are several things you MUST note: **This process takes time and patience: 1. The concrete must be COMPLETELY DRY before applying KLEEN KRETE. 2. KLEEN KRETE will soften 1/8 of an inch at a time. If the drain is completely blocked by concrete, you will need to suction the softened concrete out. If you are able to get water down the drain, you will need to THOROUGHLY rinse the softened concrete COMPLETELY out of the drain and out the pipe or it can hardened further down the pipe. You can reach us any time with questions: 800.801.7832 --Jennifer
Thanks for the question. I am unsure what a concrete advice is, however, KLEEN KOTE does NOT dissolve concrete. It is a pre-treatment to prevent concrete from sticking to surfaces. If you could provide more information on your project, we would be better able to determine if we can offer a solution. Hi Leon, Thanks for the great question! Unfortunately, KLEEN KOTE will not work for your application. -Jennifer, PSC
Thanks for the great question! You can use KLEEN KOTE as a form release and still use the boards to frame your house. To ensure the product works, make sure the forms are clean of any other chemicals, soaps or release agents. Spray the entire form and let KLEEN KOTE turn from white to clear. Often times the forms soak up KLEEN KOTE so we suggest a second application prior to the pour. If you have any other questions or need to have an on-site call, we are happy to do so: 800-801.7832 -Jennifer
Hi Rafael, That is a great question! There are a lot of variables to take into consideration: *What is the type of form? Material, porous or nonporous? *What type of environment are the forms stored in? Inside, outside, covered, exposed to elements, dirt, debris? *What weather conditions have the forms been exposed to? hot or cold, sun, rain, snow, ice, sleet? *Are they new forms or old forms? Have the forms been cleaned of all other release agents, oils, soaps, detergents, etc.? All of these factors play a role in how effective KLEEN KOTE will be when you do go to pour concrete. If you would like to speak with an expert regarding your situation, we are always here to help: 800.8010.7832. Best, Jennifer
