Use an adapter from 2 prong to 3 prong if your meter has 3 prong. Most are only 2 prong for finding circuit breakers.
you don't need this kit to find a fuse, you can use the breaker finder kit (transmitter + receiver) to locate a fuse the same way you would to find a breaker
