What is the difference between the RT210 model and the RT110 model?

I believe one has the ability to test a gfi and one does not, meaning one can test to make sure the gfi out will trip via the button on top of the plug tester.

Does this work on two wire systems with standard outlets?

Nope you have to have 3 prongs receptacle in order to test otherwise tester will show open ground

Where is it made?

China. All electronics these days are made pretty much in China, from name brand electric tools to really cheap battery powered items. It is all about the companies profit margin on their products and the share holder returns.

A great budget price point electric outlet tester. It makes perfect sense that the light output results are printed on the tester itself, my previous unit was not like this, and I ended up losing the card which showed what lights meant what. This sticker is permanent, so it will never get lost or wear off. This can also be used to test out GFCI outlets and pigtail cords. We also use this tester as an easy way to test extension cords in compliance with OSHA assured grounding rules.

Great product gets the job done if you're not familiar with the operations of these specific tools there is a users guide to help explain the general concept of how the pill works Klein is a trusted brand Elite electrical equipment business I do like their products to specific product is excellent a little light duty but other than that for a $10 item you really can't beat it they do make similar ones for even less but I would pay a few dollars more for a trusted like Klein

Been using this GFCI tester for a couple months now. It replaced a Gardner Bender that died after a decade in service. It is notably rounder and can be slippery to disengage from sticky outlets. However, it does the job its designed for satisfactorily. Saves lots of time troubleshooting outlets. Does fit in the smaller pocket on my tool pouch even with the ncvt and 4in1 control screwdriver.

Tester is easy to use and the bright lights are easy to see even when outside where it is bright and they are also easy to see when checking those upside-down outlets. Could not be happier. Tom

This does exactly what I need it to do. Some of my wiring is quite old, and I was able to pin point some outlets that had the hot and neutral reversed. I have also confirmed that I need to run ground in my house, so I have a big project ahead that I'm not looking forward to. Yay technology!
