Another top quality product from Klein Tools. The inside of this hard hat is really well made to be both functional and very comfortable. It has a padded center cushion and also the inside of the strap is padded. The vents allow you to work cooler and allow air to flow in and out of the hat as well as the vents can be closed for colder weather by simply sliding the door shut on the inside. The ratchet strap is easily adjustable for fit and comfort. The rechargeable light is very bright and really handy while working in the dark.

This hard hat is second to none. I drive a truck and the lights on this is so helpful. I can tell you trying to do a pretrip inspection and hold a flashlight at the same time is hard at best. With the built in lights not only am I hands free to do my inspection I have more than enough light to see in the early morning hours or the late evening hours. No more guess work for me. I highly recommend this to anyone who works in an area that requires the use of a hard hat.

Incredibly well thought out product. The first thing I noticed is this hard hat is incredibly comfortable to wear. Plus it has a full brim which I really like. The side adjustable vents are perfect for use in cool and hot weather. The headlight is rechargeable and you can remove it and use it as a work light as it also has a magnet to hold it only a metal surface. This is probably the most well thought out product I have ever seen.

We selected this KLEIN TOOLS VENTED LIGHTED HARD HAT because sometimes we need extra lighting, and holding a flashlight in one hand - or worse yet in your teeth - just does not "cut it", you end up becoming frustrated and most likely end up not doing the job right, if at all, and that is why we selected this KLEIN TOOLS VENTED LIGHTED HARD HAT from HOME DEPOT; what can we not say about this fantastic lighted hard hat; the light is extremely bright and really lights a good amount of area; the light is easy to turn on and off by just pressing the button on the top of this KLEIN TOOLS VENTED LIGHTED HARD HAT; the hard hat is vented and, therefore, helps disperse heat build up; also the adjustment for sizing this to your head size is SUPER EASY, just twist the knob on the drop down strap (if you prefer you do not need to drop the strap, but the strap ensures a really good and stable fit) and voila the hard hat remains in place all while you move around and work - this KLEIN TOOLS VENTED LIGHTED HARD HAT is well made, of very good quality, and is easy to clean
Have attached photos of dark areas before using the KLEIN TOOLS VENTED LIGHTED HARD HAT and then the after photos, where you can see how well lit the areas are (the pitch black photo is totally black, so you can see how well the KLEIN TOOLS VENTED LIGHTED HARD HAT lit the two areas); will use this KLEIN TOOLS VENTED LIGHTED HARD HAT in the future for when we drop something on the floor and are looking for it - will make the search so much easier

I'll admit, I never thought I'd be plugging a hard hat into a USB charger. :) I'm a casual/weekend user, my job does not require a hard had, but I use one when I'm doing any tree work or 'low space' (attic or crawlspace) work. This is a Class C hard hat, so it won't protect you from electrical current, just, basically, blows to the top of the head. The venting is nice (and probably dictates the Class C rating) to keep you cool. This hat is not as heavy as my 1980s Bell Telephone hard hat, but the suspension system is more comfortable by far. The removable rechargeable light is a very nice plus.

This hard hat is awesome. I wish I had this hat many years ago. There is a remove adjustable rechargeable LED light that is on the front.(the usb charger cord is included). The liner where you head goes is nicely cushioned, possibly the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. There is a vent on both sides of the upper portion of the hat that opens and closes. This hat is awesome and I highly recommend getting it when you need a hard hat.

This is a good helmet, the main difference between this model and the previous head lamp, is improved lighting. The prior model only allowed you to have either the spot light or area lights on. This model allows you to have either or both on simultaneously. Also I noticed that the light operates at a different frequency, so if you need to take a picture with it on you will no longer see horizontal bars in your image. I was able to connect add ons to the side of the helmet like my foldable ear muffs. This lost a star because the sound inside of the helmet when struck is not muffled, so when hit it can be a little loud.

Klien Tools Hard Hat- This is a quality hat with full brim and it is vented for those hot days. I love the adjustable webbing inside that makes it comfortable and it does adjust to a nice size for a woman or man. The rechargable head lamp is awesome. The light is bright and works great and of course the rechageable feature is amazing. Great for construction or we use it for the farm, great for helping to find lost critters or helping with night time emergencies!

The KLEIN TOOLS HARD HAT , VENTED , FULL BRIM WITH RECHARGEABLE HEADLAMP , IN WHITE has been a great addition to my tool kit. It has sweat bands inside. It has a great LED light that is very bright and is rechargeable so no batteries to change out every time it dies . Has a great adjustment knob on the band inside so it is fully adjustable from a size 6.5 to 8 head size . I was also surprised how well it stays on my head, It has great grip even without a chin strap . I put up a lot of Christmas decorations and i was out checking the plugs in the dark the other night and the light on it really lit every step up well . it even has a place on the back of it for another light if you wish to put one on the helmet . I also learned that a hard hat should be replaced every 2 years or within 5 years of manufacturing. And each helmet has that date on the inside. Complete instructions are included with the hard hat
