Rechargeable Focus Flashlight with Laser, 350 Lumens, 2 Modes

Don’t buy. Quit working, store quit carrying and told me to call klein. If a person works, how is there time for that?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s say 350 lumen . But compared to my 400 lumen light . This is way brighter i love the magnet and I laser . Works like a charm . I biggest thing I look for in a light are battery life and lumen . This exceeds in both !!

When I look at this flashlight I see money. There are commonly machines in industry that cost $500,000 and up. They run 24 hours a day. When they go down the company is losing thousands or tens of thousands of dollars every minute that machine is down. The maintenance technicians are called and expected to get things going ASAP. They work in big plants and need to get their NOW! So they carry the tools they will need and they choose the ones they know they'll need to travel light. Things like knife, flashlight and multitool are carried in the pockets and used again and again all day. If their kit is light they can get there quicker. I like this flashlight because it fits in your pocket. It's good quality so you know it's going to work day after day. The technician wants a dependable flashlight. This flashlight is brighter than the 2 D-cell flashlights we carried in previous decades. The onboard charging port means you never have to bother with changing batteries. It has a pocket clip where you can keep it with the other small tools in your shirt pocket. Sure you could take this sturdy,light,small,powerful rechargeable flashlight camping,fishing,in the car, or keep around the house for emergencies and make good use of it. But I see it as a tool for the professional for whom it would become like an extension of his/her body. Many flashlights are like cheaply made toys, this one is a tool. The lanyard is a little short.

Fancy little pen light. Great for everyday use or emergency backup. I keep this handy in my night stand in case I need a quick light in the middle of the night. Having multiple brightness settings is very handy indeed, don't always need super bright, but sometimes you do. Changing between settings is easy enough, but almost too easy sometimes it changes while I'm trying to turn it off, so having the memory feature seems pointless if it won't work right all the time. My biggest hold up is it's claimed "waterproof". IP67 is more like water resistant submerged shallow for maybe 30minutes. I want to take it to the beach, but feel like that would be pushing it, and definitely don't test that by taking it into the water. Take it on a jog and get rained on sure. I also wish the lanyard was a tad bit bigger or adjustable. I'm wrists are average size and this thing is rough to get on my wrist. My favorite feature is USB charging. Good along with all my other devices. Hope that feature works for as long as a led should last.

Compact and bright. I have slowly switched my flashlights to rechargeable so I don't have to carry spare batteries with me in the hope of just having fewer items on my truck. This uses a USB C charger so I don't need anything additional, it does come with a charging cord if you don't already have one. The lanyard perfectly fits the eyelet on my vest so I can keep the light in my pocket but I can't accidentally drop it if I am crawling around doing an inspection.

The Klein Tools Waterproof Pocket Flashlight is small (approximately 4 ¼” long). It’s not heavy but it feels solid. A wrist lanyard and a pocket clip are installed on the flashlight. Turn the flashlight on and off using the recessed button on the bottom. It has 4 settings: high (275 lumens), medium (100 lumens), eco (12 lumens), and strobe (15 lumens). Push the button in all the way and release it to turn it on (or off), then partial pushes to cycle through the modes. When you turn it off then turn it on again later, it will return to the most recently used setting. The battery is rechargeable lithium-ion. A charging cable with a USB-C connection is included. For charging, choose a wall supply or power pack with an output that does not exceed 5 V. The charging port is accessed by pushing the ridged collar downward. A full recharge takes about 6 hours. There’s a handy LED on the top of the flashlight to notify the user of the charge status – green for full, then yellow, then red as the charge decreases. The LED glows for about 5 seconds when the flashlight is turned on. According to the manufacturer, a fully charged battery lasts approximately 3 hours on the high setting, 5 hours on medium, and 12 hours on eco. I have only three complaints about this flashlight. First, the on/off button is slightly recessed. I don’t have particularly large fingers, but still find it tricky to push. Second, the instructions did not mention the strobe setting. This would not have been a problem except that when I first turned the flashlight on, it was in the strobe mode and there was nothing in the instructions to tell me how to change that. Third, the rechargeable battery should be kept away from high temperatures, which means that it I’ll need to carry it with me instead of letting it live in my car here in the South in the summer.

Klein Tools are well known in Electrical Field for make long last products and this pocket flashlight in no exception. The pocket flash light is rechargeable, waterproof and drop proof. It can with stand a drop up to 6 ft. It has an indicated light that tell you how much battery life you have. For example, battery level indicator will illuminate: – Solid Green: 100% charge – Blinking Green: 70-99% charge – Blinking Yellow: 35-69% charge – Blinking Red: 0-34% charge. One thing I like about it is rechargeable, no more carry batteries with you. To charge it you will have to slide the collar down for recharging and then plug in the USB-C cable to a power source. No taking the batteries out to charge them. Just plug the USB-C cable and you are good to go. The unit has 4 lighting modes; High beam that puts out 275 Lumens and will last for 3 hours on a charge, Medium beam that puts out 100 Lumens that will last 5 hours on a full charge, Eco beam put out 12 Lumens and will last 12 hours on a full charge, and the Strobe mode the has a slow blink light that puts out 15 Lumens and will last 47 hours on a full charge. Another nice feature is it has a memory on the light mode so it will remember the last mode you had on before. I really like that feature. It comes with a pocket clip and lanyard, charging cable and instructions. Another great product from Klein Tools. Product was made in China.

Very nice rechargeable flashlight by Klein Tools. Well built. Pocket size (~ 4.5 inches long) and would easily fit in your tool box, brief case, or car glove box. It charges via a type C USB connection (Cable is included, separate charger is NOT included). An LED indicator shows you the level of charge: Solid green: 100%, Blinking Green: 70-99%, Blinking Yellow: 35-69%, Blinking Red: 0-34%. It takes about 6hrs to charge completely. The flashlight is controlled by hard/soft presses of a button on one end. It has 4 brightness settings. High/275 Lumens/3 hr battery life. Med/100 Lumens/5 hr battery life. EcoHigh/12 Lumens/12 hr battery life. Strobe/15 Lumens/47 hr battery life. The manufacturer recommends not leaving it in extreme cold or heat as it will decrease its service life. Also, it should be completely charged to 100% before storing it. It should also be charged every 3 months FEATURES I LIKE: - Its small & compact. - Easy to use. - USB chargeable with LED indicator showing its charge state (0-100%) - Four brightness stings - Pocket clip FEATURES I DID NOT LIKE: There is really nothing I did not like about this product.

This Klein waterproof flashlight is pocket-friendly and sized perfectly if you are going for portability. The metal outer body has anti-slip knurling that enables a better grip in your hand and overall, can withstand pretty much any kind of weather with its IP67 rating. A sliding, sealing, charging port cover further insures this protection. The multi-functional push button on the end selects one of three light intensities: high, medium, and low (Eco). This beam has more of a flood pattern than a pinpoint and is non-adjustable. Additionally, there is a strobe mode for use as an emergency signal. An appreciated feature is the built-in memory function that recalls the last lighting selection to save my finger from scrolling through the "menu" each time. In addition, a bright battery level indicator shows the charge state at the beginning and ending of each illumination cycle to remind you when it's time to charge the battery. The pocket flashlight can then be recharged (three hours from empty to full charge) from a USB 2.0 port on the computer, a designated charger, or even from the USB port in my car. Lastly, the dual-direction pocket clip works great for attaching this light to the bill of my ball cap or to hang from my belt although, the wrist lanyard is mostly in the way.

This is one of the handiest and versatile lights that I have seen. It’s rechargeable using the popular USB-C cord that is supplied. The charging port can be covered by sliding the cover back in place, protecting it from contaminants. Its lightweight and that is a big plus, and you can clip it, hang it or slip it into a pocket and you hardly know it’s there. The dual direction clip is designed so that you can use it with the head of the light up or down or clipped to your hat. The clip and tether can easily be removed, if desired. There are four different settings, changed by completing a soft press on the power button. The high setting is 275 lumens and that’s pretty bright for a light of this size, plus it will last for approximately three hours on that setting, twelve hours on the Eco mode. It has Last Mode Memory, which means it comes on at the last setting that it was turned off at. It’s IP67 waterproof/dustproof rated, six foot drop rated. The green/yellow/red light indicates the level of battery life left. I love its size; it’s small but not too small. I love its brightness, its lightweight and that the power button is easy to operate. The wife has spotted me using it and already asked about it, so I guess I’ll be getting her one too.
