The "KLEIN TOOLS SAFETY HELMET, VENTED-CLASS C" is a very nice Helmet. Extremely comfortable and adjustable. It does sit high on your head even at the open position. I wish it would come down just a bit more. It works well and the knob adjustment is accurate and easy to use. Very light weight but feels sturdy. I hope I never have to really test it!!

Oh my, this is an outstanding hard hat - safety helmet. It is as good if not better than my ski helmet. The style and shape of the helmet are nice with a modern twist. On each side, there are sets of air vents that have sliding adjusters. This will keep your head cool or warm. The hat has a knob adjustment for the head brace. I have an XL head and this opens up more. Very nice and hard to find. The inside head brace is padded and comfortable. The brace mount can be removed for cleaning. There are slots for head and rear lights which was cool, even though my selection of lights didn't fit. I can simply wrap the elastic strap around the helmet or keep it on my forehead. I am very impressed with this helmet. Klein designers put some thought into making this a HARD hard hat but with a sleek style. Good product. We used it to take down many damaged tree branches from the Texas ice storm in 2021.

Klein really knows how to make hard hats and safety helmets, and this safety helmet is no exception. While it is vented for use in warmer locations the vents are able to be closed when necessary! Each helmet has two headlight slots, one on front and one on the back. Increased visibility is obtained with four reflective stickers strategically placed in predesignated spots. An additional safety feature, the helmet includes a hole on each side for a safety visor, which come in clear and gray. While protecting wearers from impact these helmets additionally protect from molten metal splash and have electrical resistivity tested up to 20kV.
Comfort and security really push this helmet into the category of greatness. A padded, three way adjustable chinstrap helps hold the helmet securely.
The liner is in the upper tier of liners. The suspension system ratchets in 1/8 inch increments and is attached via a pivot point allowing wearers of different size and shape to really get cinched down accordingly. Further aiding in the goal of snug are slots on the liner for an easily adjusted, custom fit. As far as comfort goes, a washable pad for both the forehead sweatband and top of the head comfort pad. All of these features at an affordable price make this a great choice for a variety of tasks.

The Klein Tools Safety Helmet is an essential tool to have in your collection as part of your safety gear. This style helmet with the chin strap is my preferred style of helmet as it allows me to wear the helmet without worrying about the helmet slipping off or constantly shifting.
The chin strap is made of a thicker leathery material which provides a nice extra layer of cushion preventing the chin strap material from cutting into your skin from constant use. The Y strap on the helmet may need to be adjusted to your liking, as I found wearing the helmet straight out of the box put the chin strap right on my Adam's apple. Adjusting the Y strap was easy and now the strap fits comfortably under my chin.
The adjustment knob on the back allows the helmet to fit various sized heads and is a quick turn to loosen or tighten the helmet. Cushioning around the entire area is thick and comfortable for long term use.
The vents are a nice feature to have when wearing the helmet during hot climate days. The vents are opened and closed by the notches on the outside of the helmet. The left and right side are controlled individually, so you have some control over how much venting you would like to have. If you want to close the vents, you will end up with a sealed helmet, this makes it a nice year-round helmet.
Comfort level is on point, after wearing the helmet for an entire day, I kept forgetting I had it on.
Helmet weight comes in right around 1lb 4oz.

Love this helmet. Very comfortable with or without my baseball cap.
It's light weight compared to many helmets I've used and I love that it has vents so it doesn't get too hot. Love the look of it, even though it'll get dirty pretty quickly since it's white but to me, it'll just look "seasoned".
I'm not too familiar with all the ratings but it seems good enough for what I need on my job sites. I don't wear it daily for my job but feel confident it provides the right amount of protection should I need it.. It's very well packaged as well!

Do not reccomend
The top pad on this suspension system weighs down on my head making it rather uncomfortable, especially after the 13th hour on the job.
