that should work. But I would recommend using Locktite Marine instead of the adhesive that comes with it. Be careful but generous with the Locktite and wait the full 24 hours cure time. Solid and no leaks!
It indicates "Universal" which means it should work.
The chain was too short for my Kohler tall tank (number unknown to me) but I simply added some chain. Suggest you check necessary length prior to purchase. The new seat was worth the effort.

Yes it can be replaced. Pry the old seat off carefully. Clean the old silicone off with your fingernail or pocket knife and install the new kit as per instructions.
If I have previously installed an Easy Fix Seat once, I think I would replace the flush valve. I am not sure you could clean the old seat. The flush valve is fairly easy to install.
Yes, I did see kits at home depot labeled 3 inches, and 2 inches. The flap I bought was 3 inch diameter.
