Very strong floor material and easy to assemble. I think it will resist damage and last a long time. The attached padding is good and saved me from having to install underlayment first. The main issue I had was getting it shipped to my house without it all being damaged. I had to order 4 extra boxes to finish the floor because too many pieces in the ones I had were damaged by it being shipped UPS one box at a time. The product itself looks good and is a nice color.

I’m very pleased with how our flooring turned out. We had it professionally installed and they did an amazing job. When we upgrade our bathroom I’m thinking of going with the exact same flooring.

Most laminate Flooring looks cheap made of plastic and this makes it look like you are putting down real boards. Different than other laminate Flooring. They are 8 in. Wide. The backing is masonite and very durable. You can put almost anywhere but not in saunas or pools. Other than that you will be good to go. Had to glue where the ends meet. For a small floor you want to glue the ends and let dry before adding the next row. They just are not solid when you try to click in. That's why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 Had a hard time getting the long length boards to meet up. Also, they don't hold that tight with other boards. Best to start on a square and straight wall. Nice color No prepping the floor. Will go right on top of linoleum. Best of all you don't have to cut doors. No nailing! Use glue and to speed up the drying process use a heat gun. If possible it's best to use a Laser level to help when you start laying the floor. I had the hardest time with an uneven wall. It's best to make a cheater board. To help with that go to YouTube to get some ideas. If new to installing a floor I suggest to get a couple extra boxes of flooring. It gets extremely confusing when you start laying down the floor.

KronoOriginal flooring is said to be German. I think they make the Home Depot band planks.This color is beautiful. It’s one of those you just have to see it in person and in different lighting until you get that conclusion. I am still amazed at how well this type of flooring reproduces the grains and patterns of wood planks and the way they are able to capture that on the flooring from one box to the next. The plank size is a little larger than the planks I have experience with, meaning fewer planks are used. It occurs to me that would be a visual +. I did not get enough boxes to see that laid out over an entire room, but it would seem so.Wider planks in the 18th & 19th century were hand sawed often and cut in a way to prevent cupping and then laid with nails. Modern laminate just reproduces what we have seen and does a remarkable job. In the photos you can see how well the tongue and groove work and that will keep dust and dirt out long term. With modern flooring you can wet mop it, it's waterproof top down. I was able to confirm that Krono does not glue the entire backing down on the planks. Both ends of every plank had no glue. That was not an accident and for the DIYer you will want to make sure you don't pinch or tear it in handling it. It has a C4 commercial rating with a 5 year commercial warranty and a Residential lifetime warranty. Acclimating the planks overnight to room temperature is required, I think the reason is because of the material in the locking tongue and groove mechanism. Excellent prevention from scratches and dents. These are very nice and would make you happy and content.

This is the right material for many projects that requires waterproopf laminate flooring. It is easy to cut with a table saw. On the edges I used a common aluminum tile edging screwed down to the wood steps. (see the details in the attached photos).

One Box was damaged some other boads were damaged in other boxes. I took it all back and bought Engineered hardwood instead. Cost me allot more money but I'm really satisfied when I installed it myself.

Not sure if it was the shipper or the supplier but practically every board was chipped on the ends due to mis handling. I will be taking every pack back to the store. Called customer service and that’s what they recommended.
