30 in. x 80 in. Left-Hand Craftsman Shaker 3-Panel Primed Solid Core MDF Single Prehung Interior Door

We purchased two of these and both came with issues. One came with a prominent dent and the other with one of the worst patch and repair jobs I've ever seen. They should have been caught at time of pickup, but after waiting a while for delivery we couldn't hold out for another set. Aside from that, the frames and doors seem sturdy without any other problems. Just be sure to look over the product before you walk out of the building.

Door was well protected for shipment to the store where I picked it up. Loading and unloading is a 2 person job as the door is heavy. Installation was straight forward as any other door this one is just taller.

I was incredibly disappointed when I opened the crate and inspected this door. All of the rails and stiles are cut from one single overlay piece and almost every corner is cut surprisingly badly. None of the cuts are straight, they all meander and curve down the length of the cut and do not meet at a 90* corner. Whether it is was a person or machine doing this work, they need retraining. The jamb assembly is also poorly manufactured. The door stop on the knob side of the door actually feel off during shipment and was loose in the box. The hinge side of the door had wood putty applied to it but no one bothered to sand/clean it off, not even wiping it off of the hinge. While i realize it is just a primer paint job the door was marked up with lots of black marks that seemed excessive. Someone needs to buy some gloves for handling. It will take several coats of paint to cover them. Even after this failed inspection I needed to put a door in that hole to keep a toddler out and didn't have time to wait/search for a new one. Before installing it I needed to add a cat door to the bottom. After cutting the hole in the door I realized that the "Solid Core" is a lie or at least false advertising because the door is actually filled with expanding foam that I would hardly call "solid". I would never buy another Krosswood door nor recommend this poor excuse for manufacturing to anyone else. Krosswood needs to invest in some quality control.

Once the door finally arrived it is very solid.

This door looks nice but neither the hinges or the door mechanism were routered out We had to chisel this to make the door work. I would hope that a door sold as a pre Hung door be ready to go. And that was not the case at all. So disappointing

Some small nicks on the door, but easily fixed before painting. The door is solid and has clean defined lines. Great door for the price.

The hole for the latch was not centered with the handle hole. Hinges were not properly set.

Very flimsy and weak.
