Q:I bought five of these doors, and the cross bore on each door does not meet the middle of the bore hole. Please see the attached photos. Is this by design or is this a flaw? None of my locket sets can be installed.

Expensive for a very poor quality door
Striker is misaligned, tearout around hinges - looks like they were routed out with some very dull bit, dents clearly (and poorly) patched. Beat up all around. Would take it back, but the next one might be worse.

Really poorly hung, requires mods
Misalignments of 1/4” on literally everything that matters. Two of three hinges too proud from jambs by 1/4”. Total misalignment of the strike bore and the strike in the jambs.

Not consistent in the assembly process. I ended up buying 5 doors and all 5 doors were different in the way the hinges were hung on the door frame making the process to install the doors tedious. But got them to work.

Bad Frame
the door itself, was great, the frame was way too small and the routed out sections for hinges and hardware were not deep enough and had to be removed and chiseled out. the frame had to be completely split across the top for door to close.
