Craftsman Douglas Fir Exterior Wood Door Collection

Second door I buy from Home Depot. Both times I returned it. I will never buy a foor from home depot again. The stain was not dome right and there was alot of places where the wood stain was missing. The frame was cracked and the door came in extremely dirty. Two purchases, over $8000.00 in returnd doors...and they never took my pictures. They never opened up a case to reach the manufacturer. I tried 3 times to call and give them pics of damages. They don't care at all.

Very poor quality, nothing lined up, very bad paint job. Had to return after waiting for two weeks to receive.

Had the door up one day and it rained and the editor discolored. Called the company and was told to have an overhang installed. I feel they could have been a little more helpful in trying to resolve this issue. Beautiful door but would not recommend purchasing it.

The door is of high quality, but this experience has been a nightmare. Krosswood doors, the manufacturer, screwed up my order. I asked for a right sidelite and a left hand swinging door, and they sent me a left sidelite and a right hand swinging door. Then it was missing some of the molding necessary. But the kicker was they did a very sloppy job staining the door. they put tape and plastic on the windows to stain the door, and never removed it. When we removed it, it left stain residue on the windows that we had to clean off. Home Depot handled everything well, but not happy with Krosswood doors. I'm happy with the door itself, it's beautiful and well made, but the manufacturer had ZERO quality control and cost me a whole day of work dealing with this issue.

The color is not as dark as it should be and door came with staples. Not worth the price.

For the price of the door it cane with one sidelight off just laying on the side. I had to rebuild that part to make it a solod unit again. Was very dissapointed in that. It seems to be a decent door but am not pleased with how it cane for the $3900 price

This front door is everything I expected! We are very happy with the provincial stain.

Were unsatisfies and returned it.

A beautiful door! I love it!

Prehung door/sidelight arrived with crate nails that pierced the finished door. The jamb is very cheap wood that flexes creating fit issues. Threshold should be height adjustable, but isn't. Door itself is beautiful but it left the factory with significant finish flaws. Poor QA.
