Love this Fridge
I got this fridge to match the other new appliances I purchased for my new kitchen. I love this fridge! Very spacious, has nice drawers and LED lighting. It also has a notification ding for if you don't close the door all the way. (Thank goodness, bc my other half needs it!). I would definitely purchased again in the future if needed.

Great refrigerator
I bought this refrigerator 11 months ago , and I really love it. I like that the shelves on the doors have plenty of space, so I can fit two 1 gallon jugs of milk. My previous refrigerator has limited space on the side shelves, because the ice maker was located on the side doors and I couldn’t fit more than one gallon of milk. I really like that the ice maker is located on the bottom shelf and not on the door. My overall experience with Kucht refrigerator is great and I truly believe that it will last more than 5 years compare to my last LG .

Do not hesitate! Get it!
We purchased this refrigerator and the 36 inch gas range in December 2021. We had done our research for quite some time about Kucht and really liked that the manufacturer was from our state, New Jersey. Considering that it was such a newer brand, and there weren’t many reviews and we were not able to see the appliances in store before our purchase. We were looking at a couple of other brands but their delivery dates were almost a year later. For that reason, we decided to go with Kucht. I cannot tell you enough how much I AM IN LOVE with both appliances. They are absolutely beautiful. I’ve gotten so many compliments on these two appliances. The fridge has all of the practical drawers that I liked when researching kitchen aid for example. It is by far more spacious than our previous LG fridge which was the same fridge/bottom freezer style. Even more so, a drawer came a little wonky and the customer service reps had it replaced without question. You are able to call customer service and get on the phone with someone with 2 minutes. You also can video chat with them and send pictures via your phone. I understand that it is a leap of faith buying an appliance without maybe having the option to see it in store but I promise that this will be the easiest and best decision during your renovation or appliance needs!

Will Not Honor Warranty
On 6/24/23 I purchased an entire Kutch kitchen package from Home Depot at over $8000. We moved in the 1st week of Oct and the fridge door does not shut, pops open when shut, but not enough to set door alarm off. I called and had Facetime w/ tech, showing the issue. They sent a new gasket; it did not help. 2nd tech Facetime was told to raise the front legs so the fridge tipped back and put Vaseline on the gasket (on a brand new $2400 fridge). Still does not work. Constant condensation, fridge running all time. Spent multiple hours on hold w/ customer service over last two months. Elevated to two different supervisors w/ promises to be called back that day. 4 days later no call back. Currently on hold for an hour and told management is reviewing, but it’s the same thing I have been told and a supervisor will not call me back. I bought this brand for their 4 year warranty, which means nothing since they will not honor it.

Beautiful fridge
We are very impressed with this french door fridge, it is very spacious and well organized. The bins on the doors are made of sturdy materials, same as the shelves. Deli drawer is spacious, will be sufficient for our needs. The front doors are made of stainless steel that is very easy to use, just wipe them out with a wet microfiber cloth. We hope it will last longer.

Buyer beware
We purchased a Kucht refrigerator two months ago and it still won’t turn on. The technician told us that they would schedule someone to come replace it. Now we can’t get a hold of anyone and we have called almost every day for three weeks now and they keep putting us off. Extremely disappointed with customer service and this fridge and hoping they make this right. We are in the construction business, and have never had a problem with a company like this.

Not up to snuff
The shelves don't line up easily and you can't fit in larger items as there are limited adjustments. The door handles are a pain to install.

Great Fridge So Far!
